When we arrived the ceiling was falling due to an old leakage and when I communicated with someone in charge of property, they said maintenance will come. The host was super communicative and attentive and did his best to help me navigate the sidewalk improvements that were being made on the day of my arrival. 「A glorious setting on the water highlighted by varying tides, massive swans and a variety of boats gliding by. As serene and peaceful as it gets and only blocks away from a plethora of great restaurants, bagel shops, boutiques and more. The Northport Hotel (tremendous restaurant) offers rooms at 450 per night so the value of this home speaks volumes. A rarity in a very upscale market.
