Bit far from the central area, but can walk down to there while looking around the university, canal, Alsace look buildings and cathedral. The hotel looks very new, room and facility are clean and tidy. Nice service at restaurant for breakfast, bar and free coffee. Parking is 5-10 min walking distance but can get a discount ticked from hotel.

The Club room?

It was walking Distance from Flix Bus Stop. The second ordered drink was forced to pay money despite of staying the Club room. The View from our room is only the opposite building. The room is not equipped with a refrigerator.

Das Hotel will guten Service bieten, sende Vorab Formular für Check in was das bereits Gebuchte Frühstück allerdings nicht berücksichtig, was verwirrende ist. Im Hotel funktionierte der Safe nicht trotz Info ans Personal und einem weiteren Formular was man geschickt bekommt was sie für einen tun können konnten wir den Safe nicht nutzen, im Bad läuft das Wasser außerhalb Dusche , die Garderobe ist am Fenster angeordnet man läuft mit Regen nasser Kleidung durch das Ganze Zimmer Ablagen klein und wenig das Design ist nicht schlüssig durchdacht. Nun erhielten wir eine falsche Abrechnung in der man uns 12 Euro mehr abbucht. Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel nicht akzeptabel. die Zimmer Kaffee Maschine ist in einem engen Fach verstaut schwierig zu bedienen wenn diese nicht immer Problemlos funktioniert. Frühstücks Buffett ist überschaubar es muss ständig nach gefüllt werden da klein und wenig ausliegt, in Summe kann man das Hotel nicht empfehlen , für eine Nacht vielleicht noch okay aber bei 3 Tagen zu zweit mit entsprechendem Gepäck schwierig

It was very comfortable and very convenient location. Easy accessible to the tram service and connections to the main Central Station. Room size is not so big and find the bathroom size very small but otherwise everything was very good.

This is a clean and wonderful hotel with great, friendly and warm people working here. Highly recommend. And a terrific breakfast well worth the extra cost.

Hello sir, thank you for your feedback, we are sorry that you found the room too small, all our classic rooms are about 18m² and the beds are the same size in all our rooms, a queen size 160x200 cm. In terms of room size, we have larger rooms such as the premium rooms which are until 26m².We hope to see you soon in our establishment to give you a more conclusive experience than this one.

Keine Parkplätze, da sich das Hotel in einer Fußgängerzone befindet. Garage 500 Meter entfernt. Im Hotel alles auf minimalistisch getrimmt wegen Naturschutz.. Preise Leistungsverhältnis ist negativ - viel zu teuer wegen Weihnachtsmarkt -.

Ottimo hotel a due passi dal centro città. Camere molto comode e il club è dotato di servizio coffee, drink e snack gratuito 24h.

Nous comprenons que cet agencement puisse vous surprendre, mais sachez que la disposition de la salle de bain à en effet été revue après l'ouverture des deux premiers hôtels de Nantes et Grenoble. De même, sachez que nous proposons également des chambres plus grande (25m²) dans tous nos hôtels. Nous espérons tout de même vous revoir chez OKKO HOTELS !

Lors de notre arrivée on nous à annoncé que le sauna est en panne La propreté des chambres est à revoir à notre arrivée plusieurs cheveux sur le bureau dans la salle de bain Pour la salle de bain moisissures et évacuation défaillante douche prise avec un débit minimum et cela fait une inondation dans la chambre du au manque d’entretien de l’hôtel Lors du départ j’en ai informé la réception réponse de leur part on est au courant cela fait plusieurs semaines cela est inadmissible d’un 4**** Le minimum aurait été d’offrir les petits déjeuner mais rien de fait je voyage souvent professionnellement dans cette chaîne mais okko Strasbourg est vraiment le pire
