ホテルの設備や調度品についてはレトロな雰囲気を醸しながら古臭い感じはせず、大変居心地がよかったです。若干駅からも観光地からも歩きますが、それほど治安が悪い感じもせず散歩を楽しみながら向かうことができました。

Very pleasant atmosphere and decoration
We liked a lot the atmosphere and decoration of the hotel, as well as very spacious hotel room which was simple but design. However, it was cold in the hotel...The service was just ok (the hotel page explained too quickly to understand hotel eauipments and breakfast...). Pity that we couldn't dinner at the hotel brassery as it was full because of a reception party or something. We lunched instead (full but we got a table !). Very good decoration too and plates were what we could expect from the price ! 雰囲気やデコレーションがとても素敵なホテル。ストラスブールでこの広さやデザインテーマは他にないかもしれません。公共交通機関からは少し離れています。少し寒かった、サービスは普通。併設のブラッスリー/レストランも、程よい値段と内容でおススメですが、夏やEU議会会期中などの繁忙期は予約が必要なよう！

よいホテルです。リピートできます。
総じてみれば，よいホテルです。とくに朝食とレセプションのサービスは最高でした。 不満をもったのは，部屋のエアコンが部屋でコントロールできる範囲が小さいこと（冷房の程度を低くすることはできるが，完全に切ることはできない）と部屋へのコーヒーなどのサプライにばらつきがあることです。部屋によるでしょうが，3階は自然光が少ないので，照明不足です。

プチフランス地区のモダンなホテル
プチ フランス地区の中心まで、徒歩で5分、大聖堂や駅までも15分程度で移動可能な便利な立地です。ホテルは清潔感とモダンな雰囲気に溢れています。サービスも文句ありませんでした。朝食もとても美味しかったです。おすすめできるホテルだと思います。

居心地の良いホテルです
海外では珍しく、トイレとバスが別々で使いやすかったです。デラックスタイプの部屋に泊まりましたが、部屋は広く、おしゃれな内装でとても快適でした。また朝食は種類が多いうえにとても美味しく、今まで泊まった同じ価格帯のホテルの中では断トツでした。

Alles in allem gutes Hotel. Am Wochenende auch gut ausgelastet, dennoch nicht überlaufen. Für das Spa/Schwimmbad kann man täglich einen 1-stündigen Slot buchen. Dieser Bereich hat uns sehr gefallen. Zimmer schön, ein wenig hellhörig. Die Raumtemperatur konnte man leider nicht selbst regeln, nachts wurde unserer Meinung nach ein wenig zu stark geheizt. Das Frühstück haben wir nicht dazugebucht! Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Déçue que l’espace spa et bien être ait été fermé. Et pas indiqué au moment de la réservation sur l’application. Déjeuner très cher . Pas de parking non payant sur place. Rues payantes autour . Très proche du centre ville .

Parking was at a considerable cost and no-one told us when giving the key of the car. Indeed it was in the conditions of the booking, but a heads up from the personnel would have been appreciated.

Très belle suite, mais nous attendions une petite touche supplémentaire, au minimum une bouteille d'eau, à défaut de Crémant, chocolat. SUPER calme. A revoir les chaines TV proposées, mais pas très important Petit-déjeuner très bien, rien à redire Personnel très agréable

I usually do not have time to write reviews, but wanted to warn other customers about my experience. Very sad to report that I had a very unpleasant check out. First I was told that I had minibar charges that were not mine. At the end they did not charge me but a gentleman in a sarcastic way came out from the office to ask again implying that I did not want to pay 6 euros. I covered the room cost in advance in expedia but the front desk charged me the entire room cost again. I contacted expedia to deal with them because I did not want any more rude behaviours against me. I have been told that I will get a refund. In summary, pay attention to the charges of this hotel because there is no attention to detail. Unusual rude front desk staff in a 4 star hotel. Thank you to expedia for your help with this!

Excellent en tout point
Nous avons été surclassés pour nos deux nuits. Le personnel est excellent et sympathique. Le spa manque d’un Jacuzzi mais il est tout de même excellent. Le petit déjeuner est parfait avec aussi des minis bretzels et des parts de Kouglof. La literie est excellente.

Service et acceuil excelent !
Nous n'avons pas pu, au dernier moment, séjourner à l'hotel car la piscine n'était pas accessible pour les enfants toute la journée, nous avons donc demandé à annuler la réservation au moment du check-in. L'acceuil a été excellent et le directeur de l'établissement très compréhensif de la situation, il a fait le nécessaire auprès du site de réservation pour une annulation sans frais. L'hotel est propre et très bien entretenu, le cadre reposant et agréable. A notre prochain séjour dans la région, sans les enfants, nous réserverons sans hésitation à l'Hotel Les Haras.

Juste parfait
Hôtel très agréable à quelques pas du quartier historique de la petite France Strasbourg, prestation plus que sympathique réservation de la piscine avec sauna et spa, très propre. Rien à redire. Le petit déjeuner du format buffet est excellent.
