「AVOID. Difficult to know where to start. This apartment was mis-sold, as it is student accommodation (10 bedrooms per flat). Each guest has shared access to the common room, housing the kitchen and sofa. 「We had a party of 11 ranging between 6 and 66 and all had a great time in the excellent Tregarden. The property is 5 minutes from the beach ad has stunning views over the coastline.Despite a couple of minor problems at the start of the holiday Genevieve and John the owners couldn't have been more helpful and sorted them out straight away.I would highly recommend Tregarden for a family hoilday. 」

「We had a lovely stay at this cottage being 5 adults and plenty of room but may of been a bit pushed if 6 for sitting room but perfect for us. It's a bit way out on single track road and at first was a bit worried about but found perfectly ok by end of holiday. Kitchen was lovely only downside but it didn't affect us a very small ice compartment but luckily we didn't get much frozen food . There are some steep stairs but a great hand rail so not a problem but worth mentioning if you have mobility...
