"I wish that house has remodel but it definitely affects price…Some small annoying things: washing machine was not empty, floor was with crumbs in one place, but in common all was clear.The place is beautiful. Quite. Squirrels and birds. Morning coffee at balcony is relaxing and really nice. A lot of amazing hikes in 10 minutes drive.I can’t understand how turn on the lite over the table and I’m not sure about heaters. But the weather was fine and I haven’t had to use heaters. It would be greats to have printed instruction. But may be I can’t find the instruction. It is possible :)Overall, it’s a wonderful place, and we had a lovely time."

"The cabin was as advertised, clean, quiet and close to all the things you want to do. Literally minutes from the general store, Mia's restaurant, there is even a farm stand right on the same street. 10min from Pinecrest lake, perfect for a summer weekend getaway!"

"Nice cozy place in a quiet neighborhood in Cold Springs. Modern bathrooms and air conditioning was great. The beds were ok, but the linens were a bit cheap/polyester. Overall-good size for 2-4 people."

"Tri has a lovely place especially for families with children! The space was open and spacious and comfortable sleeping areas. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and loved the game room with pool table and foosball!The area is great! Pine Crest Lake is like 3 miles away and a perfect place for swimming and hiking!"

"Great house and good location! Lots of places to sleep - amazing game room that kept the kids busy. Deck was beautiful to sit on and BBQ in the evening. Elvin was a great host - replied to all my questions quickly. Cabin does not have AC and was a bit warm while we were there - could use a few more fans to help cool it down during the day and evenings. Driveway is super steep and a little hard for cars with low clearance to avoid scraping at the bottom but plenty of parking and can park in garage too. All in all a great stay! Would recommend if you are looking for a mountain getaway with a group."
