"Left for a soccer game at 9am came back at 10:45-11 to rest til noon for check out. Was automatically checked out by staff. They reactivated my card went back to my room and found somebody else's suitcases in the room."

"The location was good and hotel provided what we needed. However I found a HUGE dead roach in my room and there was no hand soap. When we noticed our room didn’t have soap upon check in we asked for some from the front desk associate. We were told “there is body wash in the shower….” "

"We’ve stayed at this home on Lewisville Lake twice now, and that alone says how much we love it. The area is beautiful, peaceful, and the lake views are amazing — especially in the mornings and evenings. The hosts were wonderful and always available if we needed anything, which made the stay even more relaxing. The house was exactly what we hoped for both times, and we would absolutely book again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable lake getaway with great views and great hosts."
