「The owner is conscientious, the property is clean with modern amenities and was well stocked. The view of Lake Michigan is beautiful and our stay was everything we could have asked for and more - Thank you, John! We will return!」

「The room was clean and updated, but it was very small. Not enough storage, it could use shelving or something to put bags on. The bathroom was small and had no place to put toiletries other than the back of the toilet. The location is great though. Close to family and local attractions.」

「It was my first time staying there and not familiar with the area. Seemed more like a business area but plenty of stores and easy access to get around to other locations in the area. Hotel is a little old however they have kept it updated, cleaned, painted and comfortable beds. A nice place, I'd stay again. The only maintenance I saw was the lawn needed mowing!! So does mine. LOL」

「Staff were very friendly. We traveled all day and when we arrived at 8pm we wanted something to eat. The restaurant was still open, and we had a nice, relaxing meal. Very close to shopping and beaches.」

「Really enjoyed our stay at the Library Historic Hotel, the owners did a fantastic job decorating and keeping the historical charm. We really enjoyed spending time in the speakeasy and at the rooftop terrace. I cannot recommend this place enough if you’re looking for a couples night getaway.」

「Every one was helpful. When we needed to add a third person they found us a better room. Breakfast was delicious.」
