"The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. The location is perfect. The hotel is clean. The free breakfast is excellent. We will stay every time we visit Ettlingen. "

"The room was tiny. There was no place to put your luggage except on the bed with you. On the floor you could barely walk between the wall and the bed to the bathroom. The towels were old and smelled bad as soon as they were wet. There was no shower gel/shampoo in the shower. We had a room with the kitchenette which had an electric kettle which worked, and the stove worked. Plates, utencils for two."
