"We started at wonderful Hotel Baeren for two nights, and loved every second! We arrived a little late, and our key was left for us, super convenient to check in. Ample free parking right next to the hotel, close to everything and VERY quiet. The staff was so kind and welcoming. They had a coffee/tea station for us 24/7, with fruit, water and granola bars as well. The breakfast was also incredible. We would highly recommend this hotel. "I like the vicinity to train station and Altstadt shopping and restaurants. The hotel lacks a few safety features in the Bathroom area like unsave bathtub ie could use rubber mats or hand rails. The Bar/Restaurant on street level is excessively noisy (music - low level base) at weekends Friday/Saturday up to 4AM."

"Great location, very clean, great internet access, very friendly and accommodating staff. A little noisy due to the tram and although they state it has air conditioning, it's in the pipes in the walls, so the room does not get cool if it's hot."

"We loved our stay at the Passage. It was very clean, well organized and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. While the suite didn't have a separate room, it was nice how far away the sofa bed was from the actual bedroom and, with a sound machine, we were able to feel like we had two separate spaces. The bathrooms are very nice, but there were a couple quirky things 1. This would *not* be a suitable option for friends or multiple couples that like privacy. There is only a clear glass door for the shower room and it never fogs over so everyone who walks by has a clear view of the person bathing. 2. The toilet is in a separate room from the tub, sink and shower, so you have to go into a separate room to wash your hands Overall, though, we would return to the Passage in a heartbeat--just a few small things that might have been nice to know in advance :)"
