Winsome Mountain Condo with Spectacular Views

Top floor condo with sweeping views of the ski mountain, downtown and the Steamboat valley. Winsome is the perfect description, small but complete.
The floorplan is efficiently laidout with a living room, kitchen, bathroom and separate bedroom. Our one bedroom condo is perfect for 2 people.

Recently remodeled, it is well appointed and has all the amenities needed. High speed WiFi. The living room has large windows on 2 sides. The kitchen comes equipped with a full compliment of cooking essentials. The bedroom has a queen sized bed with the window looking up to Thunderhead gondola.

Except for a small owner's closet, guests can use the entire condo. There are coin operated washers and dryers on the main floor of the building. 2 parking lots for ample parking. We recommend using the upper lot to minimize the stairs to 1 flight.

Our condo is perfect for Steamboat guests wanting to be outside exploring. A comfortable place to base your adventures from. A car is helpful but if you prefer, the free bus is a 1/3 mile.

This is a tiny but perfect space with lovely views and a great location. So clean and well equipped with all the right touches and serene decor. We loved it. We kept exclaiming how thoughtful our host was. Everything we needed was available. And it was so clean and comfy! It is small, with no air conditioning, so bear that in mind. But I found it so charming. Great stay!

Stunning Sunsets!

This was my first getaway with my new partner. Your place was super cozy, had everything we needed & we loved enjoying happy hour on the front porch, awaiting the beautiful sunset each evening. We ate all of our meals in the condo. The kitchen was well appointed for cooking! What a wonderful time we had in Steamboat and your place was a big part of that!

Great spot for one

I took a quick, solo trip to Steamboat and this condo was perfect. Great location. It took about 20 minutes to walk to Wild Plum and a few minutes more to get to the base of the mountain. I think this spot could work for a couple, but it was ideal for a solo trip.
