We are located in Ski Town USA - Steamboat Springs, CO. We are located in one of the best spots in town, 2 miles from the ski resort.

Our home is newly remodeled and fully furnished for everything you need for the perfect winter rental. All kitchen appliances, washer/dryer, linens and more are included.

There are 3 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths and a 2 car garage. There's 2000 spacious square feet which includes 2 additional lofts. There are at least 2 perfect areas for remote workers with desks and hi-speed internet/wifi.

Neighbors are full-time residents, no short term renters are allowed in our complex.

Our HOA takes care of all snow shoveling and any outside maintenance so you can simply enjoy all the outdoor activities Steamboat Springs, CO has to offer.
