This home is fully furnished, comfortable, and conveniently located downtown on one of the only dead end streets in town. Decorated with all new furnishings, the light-filled two story living room faces South with a peek-a-boo view of Steamboat Springs Ski Area. The living area has a gas fireplace, smart TV, and comfortably seats eight people. The property has an attached 2 car garage, a quiet backyard with a fire pit, shed, and a back deck. Upstairs, there are 3 king bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and a large jetted bathtub in the ensuite bath. The basement has one queen bedroom, a detached full bath, as well as an entertainment space with a pool table and seating area. On the main floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee station, and a dining room with seating for 10. I hope you will love living here and find it to have everything you need!
