"We had a wonderful weekend at Boarhogs Place. Kay was very quick to communicate and very accommodating. The house was perfect and had everything we needed. I especially appreciated all the extra toiletries and coffee provided. The host was very thoughtful. My husband loved fishing in the river and we got to make the memory of our daughter catching her first fish. We will definitely stay again!"

"We had such a wonderful stay at this property! If you enjoy vintage living, this is truly the perfect spot. The house is filled with the cutest decorations, giving it so much character, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. The location couldn’t be better. It’s just 10 minutes from at least two beautiful waterfalls that are great for hiking, and only about 15 minutes from Burrells Ford, which is a fantastic spot for trout fishing. It made it so easy to enjoy the outdoors during the day and come back to such a cozy place in the evenings. The hosts were amazing. They are so welcoming, thoughtful, and quick to answer any questions we had. We’re already looking forward to planning our next trip back!"

"Slicks turned out to be ideal for our family. The bordering river was ideal for wading with our 3yr old grandson. Several fish were caught (and released) also. Very relaxing and satisfying stay."
