「Friendly a staff and clean room!」

「I have noticed that the amount shown on my guest folio does not match the amount charged to my credit card. I have already sent messages and emails regarding this issue, but I have not received any response so far. This matter is urgent, and I kindly request your prompt attention and resolution. I would appreciate it if you could review this discrepancy and get back to me as soon as possible.」

「I like the pull out bed」

「Excellent choice for a three-day stay. I will return to this property.」

「The Room was very clean, Made us feel at home. Had just about everything we needed but anything we didn’t have we were able to get with a quick trip to Walmart. It is on an intersection so it can be a little noisy at nights or in the early morning with cars driving by but my fiance really enjoyed his birthday stay here!」

「Cozy and friendly. Love to come back.」

「Great location at centre of old town of Alexandria. Hotel is perfectly pleasant.」

「They don’t even prepare a bottle of water. Just ask us to buy it. Hard to believe in these days. And they even forgot to clean the room for us for the second day! Terrible.」
