Welcome to the Red River Arch House – the premier family and group destination in KY! Our large home can host 16+ and is equipped with a professional chef kitchen, 8 minutes to Kroger, 12 to Nada tunnel and 20 to Natural Bridge. Plenty of interactive entertainment for rainy days including a theater, climbing wall/monkey bars, air hockey, foosball, pingpong, garage basketball. For evenings, enjoy beautiful mountain views on the deck, from the hot tub or by the fire pit. Pet and Kid friendly!

Guests will have access to this entire single family home beside locked storage closets. Our team has created an automaed checkin experience for our guests with a smart keypad for entry.

Guests will love this spacious home nestled in the heart of Red River Gorge. Designed for comfort and entertainment, the home features a chef-style kitchen, large garage, game room, theater room, and all the amenities you need for a relaxing retreat.

On the main level, you'll find a luxurious primary suite with a king bed and a spacious en-suite bathroom. This floor also includes a queen bedroom and a third bedroom with a full-size bunk bed and trundle. A full bathroom is conveniently located just off the living room.

The basement offers additional accommodations, including a sleeper sofa, two bedrooms each with a queen bed, and another full bathroom. Guests will enjoy a wet bar, game room, kids rock wall, and theater room.

Guests traveling to this region of the Bluegrass will need personal transportation to access the home and nearby attractions.

Lovely home, spacious, with lots of extras. The curvy road was a bit of a challenge in the dark. Owner probably should find another cleaning service, as the downstairs & steps had not been vacuumed

Overall, the house was accurately described in the profile. I will say I wrote the host a day or two beforehand and asked about the check-in process, the host responded quickly to my message and let me know the directions would be sent a couple hours before check-in time. However, the host ended up sending the information later that night at 11:00 p.m. and woke me up from my sleep, which I found inconsiderate. As far as the pros and cons go.....Pros Great entertainment area in the basementLots of activities to enjoy in the house such as board games, foosball, pool, air hockey, outdoor games, books and the projector room All of the rooms were a good size for sleeping and belongings Check-in process was easy once directions were received The house is located close to town in case you need anythingLots of parking Although we stayed in the winter, there was a nice deck area with two large tables that would be nice to enjoy during a warmer time of yearProjector room was really cool ConsThe carpet going down to the basement was stained and dirty The overall cleanliness of the house was not the greatest, it was not filthy nor to the point that we felt we needed to contact the host during our stay. However, things could be a little cleaner overall, the pool table top was in rough shapeThe hot tub water was very gross and needs to be changed There were no paper towels and only one extra garbage bag The remote in the basement was missing for theTV
