Little to no arrival information was provided ahead of time, and the actual check-in information was sent an hour AFTER our pre-stated arrival time. 「This property was a great location and setup for our family trip. It gave us quick and easy access to all the area sites including Disneyland. The unit was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The unit was well stocked with supplies. Check-in and out was easy and the cleanup requirements were reasonable, which I always appreciate. For those visiting, know the road noise can be loud. 「The location is nice, close to restaurants and Disney. the only issue we had was the floor was a little dirty. When wearing no shoes or just our socks around the location, our feet and white socks were black on the bottom after an hour of walking around.」

Mentioned need to extra towels, were told that extra towels would be dropped off, never were. No floor mats in bathrooms. No drying rack in unit to place washed dishes.」
