"The hotel was fine but broken reading light (reported but no action), paper ordered but then forgotten, buggy often late. On first night no information about the buggies - choice between steep steps or so called “ramp”which was a lounge winding and very steep path. With heart condition very difficult. Room in Oakham faced blank wall - should have been warned. Universally nice staff but overall a bit lackadaisical."

We were blessed with bright blue skies & sunshine and there was plenty of outside seating. Great choice of breakfast too at reasonable price £15.50. Thoroughly recommend "
