We only ended up staying for one night of the two we booked. This was due to work commitments not the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very tasty. Before we left we had a meal in the restaurant. The food was some of the best we’ve had in a while. We would definitely stay there again.

Exceptional visit from start to finish. An absolute gem of a building, room was excellent and staff were so accommodating, friendly and welcoming. Can't wait for a return visit !!

Really nice well run pub with rooms. Eccleshall is a lovely little town in beautiful countryside. The buiding is very traditional so rooms are on the smaller side and our room got a bit stuffy. Everywhere is super clean snd the communal space for tea and coffee is really nice.

Overnight stop Manchester to London

Our second stay as we had enjoyed our previous visit. We had a larger room this time and despite being in the front with the road outside it was very quiet. Enjoyable evening meal and great breakfast with sociable staff and owner.

A Quint Place To Stay

A very quaint pub/Hotel to stay. The bedrooms are separate to the pub area so no noise. Common lounge with settee and biscuits/tea/coffee/hot chocolate all available 24 hours. Excellent full English breakfast. Staff efficient and friendly.

I have stayed hear a number of times and without fail all have been fantastic. The staff are wonderful and the food is superb and very generous portions. The breakfast is worth mentioning as it is lovely. Eccalshall is a lovely place not very big but very well served with pubs, restaurants, and bespoke independent shops.
