Comfy but outdated

The bed was super comfy but the room could use some updating, especially the bathroom. There were several “cigarette” burns along the toilet and tub and the water pressure was terrible. Otherwise definitely worth the price.

The front desk clerk was nice and receptive. The room was very clean. The comforter had burn holes on it. The bed a comfortable. The outlets worked. It was a decent stay for a good price.

The staff was helpful and attentive which I appreciated, however the overall facility was just alright. Perfect for a quick overnight stay. Wouldn’t say I was wanting for anything except for perhaps a better location/locale but that’s not the place’s fault.

It was quiet since had few guests Towels were worn out, hair dryer was broken, bedspread seemed old and yucky. The walls and doors need painting. The front door had space between the door and the frame. The area from parking lot to door was littered. The lighting was low and the lamps had seen much better days. But the beds were ok except for the super thin blanket No extra blankets in room However, it was close to the WaWa

Super 8 was a Decent 6.5 with hope to get better.

Admittedly, I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel had certain amenities that many budget hotels nowadays are hesitant to include as standard options (i.e. microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, etc). The staff was very courteous and kind, the room was very clean and spaciously laid out, and the appliances and electronics were fairly new. On the disappointing side, the washcloths were old and worn out from overwashing, the light fixtures were dated and there were very few electric sockets in the room, the room security (door locks) was insufficient and didn't work properly, and the offer of breakfast; well that's another story altogether... The offer of breakfast was deceptive —while the hotel didn't publish a “continental breakfast", I assume they left out the word Continental because they intentionally left out alot of food. Providing a single coffee dispenser, a cereal dispenser of Raisin Bran and Frosted Flakes, some shriveled up oranges and Costco packages of mini muffins, can't even be considered a super light continental (or any kind of) breakfast. The hotel could rank up to a 3 or 3 1/2 stars if they made a serious effort at providing a decent breakfast. But again, for a budget hotel, it left me pleasantly surprised for the most part. A little more focus on upgrading their customer service and this particular Super 8 would be a Super Find.
