「This is a great property, spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Also in beautiful surroundings….so why not 5 stars? I was here for three nights so the “cons” outweighed the “pros” for me. Firstly, it was (and still is) advertised as having FREE WIFI. This is important to me as I was here for work and need internet access when I’m working away. Reality - there is no internet! I did find an EE mobile wifi router in one of the kitchen drawers, but once I switched it on and connected to it,...

「We had a wonderful stay at this lovely cottage. Everything was spotless and beautifully presented, and the heating was already on when we arrived which made it feel instantly welcoming. The host communicated brilliantly throughout and made everything very easy. The cottage had every amenity you could need, with thoughtful touches like coffee, tea, biscuits, milk, and even board games. The location was perfect as well, right next to the pub. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!」

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, we were assigned a Club Room next to a Suite with a connecting door, and the soundproofing was extremely poor. We could clearly hear loud conversations, shouting, and piano playing from the suite until the early hours of the morning, making it difficult to get any rest. The comfort of this room depends entirely on the guests staying in the suite next door. I regret choosing a Club Room and wish I had booked a standard room instead. I would also recommend avoiding the rooms next to the suites on the 24th floor."
