The property managers gave very clear and easy to understand instructions about check-in and check-out process. Our kids loved the waterpark and were literally steps away from it. Quick easy walk to the beach. Overall very nice stay. I would definitely recommend this place to others.
The property was clean and ready for us. There were some great extras - beach wagon, coolers, beach chairs, beach towels. The kitchen was well-stocked and the beds/linens were comfortable. We'd stay here again!
This is now our second stay here and we love it! It is very close to the beach and has all the beach stuff you need. It takes about 1 minute to walk down to the pool/water park. It's walkable to CVS, Crabby Bills and a coffee shop. We love it here and plan to come back again next year with our 2 children again.
The is property was a great location. The waterpark was hours of fun and a short walk to the beach with all the things you would need for fun at the beach including chairs, wagon, and beach toys. Would come again!

This was a great property. My family loved the water park and the beach which was only a couple blocks away. The beach wagon, chairs, and toys were an added bonus that made the beach days easy. Would highly recommend this property.
The location was great. Parking pass and 4 water park tickets were included. Waterpark is right outside your door and the beach is a 2 minute walk. The place was clean and provided plenty of towels and beach gear. The property manager was very responsive. We will try to stay here again in the future!

Beautiful location. Perfect for the kids, ages 8 and 10. Even though the weather was on the chilly side, the kids still enjoyed time at the waterpark. The suite was clean!
We had a lovely visit! The place was clean, had plenty of space, and lots to do. Me and my husband loved reading on the back balcony. The boys loved the waterpark. I feel this is one of the better units available. No complaints here!
We had a great time at the house! We loved the pool area and the lazy river. Everything was clean and in place when we got there. The only thing was the coffee pot was broken and once we notified someone they had a new one at the door within an hour! We will be back soon. Thank you!!
Overall the stay was grate the waterpark being right outside really made it easy for the kids to play and the walk to the beach is a 5 min walk (about 3-4 blocks) we always come down in late October however when we stayed it was colder the normal so the beach wasnt as fun as normal however we still were able to spend the day at the pool and then order food from down the street. It really is a good Location as it close to bars/restaurants (walking) and if you have a car really close to stores and chain restaurants right across the bridge.
Great place to stay. 15 Nnutes south of Clearwater. Beach was not crowded and there are places to each wishing walking distance. Unit is clean with plenty of space. It’s a corner unit so you have 2 balconies. Parking in the structure was challenging due to the holiday weekend. Property mgr was responsive and highly recommend staying here. We did not use water park facilite so since it was a bit cold. It’s a great value for all the space.
Highly recommend this location. The kids have the option of spending time at attached water park each day or taking a 5 minute walk to easy beach access with not very busy but beautiful beaches. Lots of walking options for food including a great pizza place. Clearwater is only a 15 minute drive if you're looking for more to do. Condo was great with plenty of TVs, updated washer/dryer and plenty of space for family of five. Intercoastal view from balcony was great.
This property was fantastic! It was a great location - at the water park, great views and walkable to beach and restaurant. It was exactly as described. And it had all the beach necessities we needed! The only gripe we had was that the pillows were very big/hard and we all had neck aches at the end of the trip. However, the rest of the stay was awesome and we plan to come back next year!
We chose this property to celebrate my birthday weekend and had a wonderful experience. The check-in process was simple and straightforward. The host was very responsive and attentive, quickly assisting us whenever needed. The home was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with amenities. The wagon and beach chairs were a thoughtful and much-appreciated bonus.The only challenge we encountered was the limitation of just one parking pass, which made parking a bit difficult since our group traveled separately from different parts of Florida. However, we understand that this was outside of the owner’s control. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property. We plan to visit Gaian with our grandchildren in the near future.
The condo was very inviting, we feel very much at home, the kitchens was equipped with all we needed for adults and kids. Plenty of towels and the toiletry to get us started , beach towels were provided, but we bought our own, Very clean we were surprised how roomy all the room at this condo.. love the two balcony’s, I was able to watched my grandkids and other from the balcony over looking water park. In the morning we sit on the opposite balcony to watch the sunrise, the view is beautiful. We so glad to has book this unit. Thank you so much for a chance to enjoy your condo, we would love to stay there again.

The unit is exactly as pictured. Spacious and very clean! The 2 bed 2 bath was perfect for our family. 2 balconies were also spacious. Having a washer and dryer was also a plus and they left 3 Tide pods for our use. Convenient to the water park and restaurants. Short walk to the beach. The only complaint that I would have is the hours of check-in and check out. My experience is usually it is 3pm and 11am. This unit is 4pm and 10am. If I am being asked to leave by 10am then I would think I should not be asked to strip beds, do the dishes and take out the trash. Otherwise a great stay.
This condo was so spotless & the beds were super comfy. We didn’t have any trouble accessing our room for check-in & check-out was also seamless. As others have said, it’s within walking distance to several restaurants which is very convenient. We walked to Jimmy Guanas, Crabby Bill’s, PJ’s Oyster Bar, Slyce Pizza, & Tropical Ice Cream & Coffee. It’s also about a 10 minute walk to the closest beach access, but we take so much junk to the beach, we drove to a beach access spot a couple times. Lol Not to mention the water park is literally 1 floor down & the room overlooks the pool. The water park was nice, the slides were fun, & we loved the lazy river. Too bad the lazy river didn’t stay open past 6 pm when the water park closed. It was super hot while we were there (95+ degrees with a heat index of 105 degrees), so we enjoyed being able to swim in the pool after the water park closed after dinner when it was cooler, less crowded, & it was so pretty all lit up at night. They also provided about 8 beach towels, beach chairs, a rolling cooler, and beach umbrellas which was very handy. They also had a wagon/cart which was super helpful to carry our stuff to/from the room including groceries. We also met a very nice, friendly maintenance man who gave us suggestions of things to do. Highly recommend!
The condo was excellent and Well appointed in kitchen and with extra sheets if needed. Hot water was great with 4 people. Easy walk to beach. Property mgr. was very prompt with any questions or issues. I had one issue with A/C and someone was out within 2 hours. Loved both the balonies and property staff (restaurant, bar, pool, ect..) were very nice

We stayed onsite previously in another unit. That stay was exceptional. We booked thos unot based on the great reviews. The unit itself was clran but the carpets and throw rugs wete filthy. To the point of having to wash our feet before going to bed even after showering an hour before! Most of the electrical plugs (80 percent) will not hold a cord. They are worn out and the door for A unit is very hard to open. It gets stuck and jammed. The pots pans and dushware need replacing. The skillets are warped so different to cook in. We were offered a cleaning crew to come up and do the floors bit the bare floors were not the ussue. We love the area and the condos but will definitely chose another when we return.
