Our house manager and handyman are very quick to respond via message and are extremely helpful if ever needed.

The family oriented neighborhood is one of the most desired in Indian Rocks Beach. You will often find people out riding their bikes, riding in golf carts, walking their dogs, or out for a run. There are many local restaurants, ice cream shops and cafes close by and of course the beach is only a 3 minute walk (2.5 blocks).

Welcome to Sunburst Vacation Rentals! This SINGLE FAMILY HOME is in a great neighborhood that is family friendly and laid back with FREE parking in the driveway. The front door is a digital key pad.

This single family home has recently been completely renovated post hurricane; brand new kitchen, new flooring, fresh paint inside and out, and all new furniture. The best part....the home sits directly on the intracoastal. The water is in the backyard where you can fish and watch the marine life. Drink your morning coffee on the dock and watch the sunset at night. You can bring your boat and tie up to the dock and walk less than 2 blocks to the beach.
The master bedroom has a king, the 2 guest bedrooms have queens, and the sleeper is a queen.
*There is a washer and dryer inside for guest use.

Private parking is available in the home’s driveway. The beach is a short 2-3 minute walk to the Indian Rocks beach access and there are many local restaurants and shops several within walking distance or a short drive.

*PET FRIENDLY! The well behaved dogs of respectful pet owners are welcome, there is a $195 fee (2 dogs max). When booking, you must add this line item.

*Please message us if you require early check-in and late check-out. Each are $35 pending availability and approval.

*Pack & Play available upon request.

*If guest cancels their booking with V R B O or Direct they will be not be refunded the 4% processing fee.

*We provide our guests with a beach buggy, beach towels, beach umbrellas, and beach chairs for your convenience.

Great Spring Break Spot

Easy walk to a beautiful relaxing and less occupied beach. Easy trolley ride to busy beaches, shopping and excursions in either Clearwater Beach or John’s Pass Village. All basic amenities were provided, communication was great and check out was simple. Would rent here again if I come back to the area.

Our family enjoyed are 3 day stay. The backyard setting with the view of the intercoastal was so relaxing. Great location to restaurants, the beach and other activities. We had a great stay at this place. Unfortunately one of our dogs did some damage to the property and the property manager was quick to respond. Would stay again since we loved the location and it was perfect for boating as well.

Delightful cottage with dolphin watching!

The location is ideal near delicious walkable restaurants and situated to enjoy both the bay and the ocean. Very private. Enjoyed paddle boarding on the bay and sitting outside on range of chairs and dining table. We spotted three dolphins and endless flying fish. Absolutely would return!

Perfect weekend getaway

We booked this property for a quick getaway and it was just what we needed. The house was nicely decorated and very clean. It had all the amenities one would need. The fenced in yard and dock were great for our dogs. Loved how close it was to the beach, which was much enjoyed! The communication was excellent! Would definitely stay there again!

Great Getaway!

The house is so close to the beach. Its got a nice backyard with a dock. Great for fishing or just relaxing. The beds are really comfy. The kitchen has all the basics and we had plenty of room. Its within walking distance to several great restaurants and a bakery as well. We would love to come stay again!

My Wife, friends, and I all had a fantastic time during our stay here! Whether we took our short walk to the beach, a local bar, or fishing off the dock! Unless you need to go to the grocery store you really don’t need your car keys at all! We had a great time and this is going on our list of places to go back to!

Perfect place to stay

Great location, house was perfect, owners had great communication. We went deep sea fishing and cooked the fish, made a cake and a complete meal for the birthday party. I brought a cake pan, but the house was well appointed with everything we needed.

Quick time away

We loved everything about this place. We were near restaurants, the beach, and a beautiful view. Loved watching the wildlife right outside the covered back porch. We had family come over for a couple hours, and they had a blast at the park across the street. And this place supplied all the items we needed for tennis and basketball. Communication was top notch, and the beds were so comfortable, and everything you needed was at your fingertips.

This is how you relax!

First of all, communication with the owners is very easy and they made our experience worry free. The home is clean and well furnished. It is also right by the beach and restaurants. There is also a park across the street where you can play tennis, basketball, etc. There are 3 bedrooms and plenty of space to move around. It was such a relaxing stay for us. We will be staying here again real soon!

Great location for a girls weekend

Amazing sunrise view each morning from the dock ... and we were fortunate to see 3 dolphins the very first day! The beach was just a short walk. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our girls weekend. We rented a golf cart to explore the area and found the community to be very friendly. Communication with the hosts was great - very quick responses! It was a short stay, but totally relaxing and fun ... and we plan to visit again next year!

Property was clean and as described in the ad. Beach was less than a 4 minute walk and the intercostal is in your backyard. Overall a great location. We did day trips to st Pete and Clearwater. This house was located between the two, about 15 minutes from each.

Quiet time near the beaxh

Perfect three night stay - looking for quiet time to relax with a little beach mixed in. Breakfast every morning in the back by the dock was great - so peaceful watching the birds working and hearing the fish jumping. Lizards were also fun to watch! Less than five minutes walk to the beach - so easy and the beach wasn’t crowded this time of year. Easy walks to restaurants and bars with a cheap Uber if you just don’t feel like walking. Neighborhood was quiet and the house fully stocked. Just what we needed.

Good location close to the beach.

Walking distance to the beach and restaurants was great. Back patio furniture needed to be washed down before we could sit on it. Back yard was nice, but not completely fenced in, so be careful with pets and little ones. Listing states there is a hot tub, there is not. Most neighbors had yard signs opposing renters, so not very welcoming. Overall, we had a good family Christmas there.
