Tropical Paradise-4/4

This duplex is close to parks, beaches, art and culture. You`ll love my place because of the coziness and the kitchens. My place is good for large families (with kids) and business travelers. My vacation property is the entire duplex. One side of the residence has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room, inside laundry room, fully stocked kitchen, patio with a grill, table and chairs. The second part of the residence has everything as the first side but less one bathroom.

STORM POLICY/ROAD CONDITIONS: No refunds will be given for storms. Beach weather can be unpredictable, if there is no sun you are not entitled to a refund. If there is a government/state issued emergency for a Hurricane a full refund is available.

IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS, ANYTHING NOT WORKING OR INOPERABLE DURING YOUR STAY YOU MUST NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY/ OR WHEN IT FIRST OCCURS. IF YOU WAIT UNTIL THE DAY YOU CHECK OUT OR AFTER YOU CHECK OUT THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS.

Do not under any circumstance disturb residential neighbors with loud voices and music during your stay. There is a noise ordinance on the beaches, 10p.m. to 8a.m. that is strictly enforced
