Welcome to the Sunny Spot! Situated in a quiet neighborhood, you’ll enjoy a nice stay in a central location. Less than 5 mins to your nearest grocery stores and coffee shops, a quick 15 min drive to the beach, and 20 to downtown St. Pete where you can enjoy all of the best restaurants, parks, shops, and bars.
