The room was clean but extremely overpriced. The home and property were unkept, with high grass, poor parking, and a rickety staircase to the room. Maybe I didn't understand the term studio, but in my opinion, this is a $30 room. It certainly shouldn’t be priced comparable to local motel rates. Once we saw the room in person we decided not to stay. I texted the host to let them know of our disappointment and that we would not be staying, and any refund would be appreciated but never heard a word. My wife and I are seniors and unable to climb the stairs multiple times per day. We revisited the listing and believed it was a bit deceiving. I never thought Vrbo and Expedia would support this type of practice. I read and understood that unless I cancelled x number of days before my stay that I would not get a refund, but I could not make that decision until I saw the property. Buyer beware.
