The master bedroom with a brand-new en-suite bathroom is located downstairs, and it has a king-size bed and a twin bedroom. The two additional bedrooms are located upstairs. (No elevator) A queen size bed in the first bedroom, five twin beds via bunk beds in the 2nd guest bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the loft area. This property will sleep 10 comfortably. The home has a fully equipped kitchen and a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. You will admire the coffee bar/desk in the front nook kitchen area. The dining area seats 6, and there are 3 bar stools at the counter.
Unit B has a loft upstairs and a game room area where your family can spend quality downtime together. This unit is one of three units. The property is great for families traveling together! Unit A sleeps 4, and Unit C will be up soon and will sleep 8-10! Great for family reunions! The home backs up to a lake and has a patio area with a grill and seating for your family to enjoy a BBQ together.

Seminole is located in Pinellas County. The closest beaches to Seminole are Indian Rocks Beach, Indian Shores, and Redington Shores. You are a short drive if you want to venture further to Clearwater Beach to go to the Clearwater Marine Aquarium. You can go to Tampa to enjoy the International Mall Lowry Park Zoo, Busch Gardens, or Adventure Island. You can also travel south to award-winning Ft. Desoto Beach or St. Pete Beach. Also south is the Ellenton Outlet Shopping Center. This home is about a 2-hour drive to any Disney Parks, Sea World, or Aquatica. There are many wonderful restaurants located within a 5-10 minute drive. This home is centrally located to everything you could possibly need.
