Rooftop Oceanview Condo on the Beach Sand w/ Pool!

  • We are finally back open after 2 years of hurricane renovations! We are still actively repairing our swimming pool, as of Summer 2026. If your needs require a pool and you`re checking in prior to October 2026, ask us about our other beach options!

    This building is known as a `Condotel`- a unique cross between condos and hotels. This particular unit is the largest unit at the building, and the only with a FULL oceanfront view and private rooftop balcony. Significant renovations were completed in Summer 2026, adding further to the high demand of the unit. Affectionately nicknamed `The Penthouse`, it is the lone unit on the building`s third floor.
    Because of our frequent check in and check out schedule and tight window to prepare units for back-to-back bookings, we’re not able to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs.
