    Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, this cozy getaway offers a fully fenced private outdoor space where you can unwind beneath the palms, enjoy morning coffee in the sunshine, grill dinner after the beach, or relax under the stars after a day exploring the coast.

    Inside, you’ll find a clean, comfortable, beach-inspired space with everything you need for a relaxing stay, whether you’re visiting for a weekend escape, a beach vacation, work travel, or an extended Florida getaway.     The entire parking area is protected with security cameras for your protection and other guests. When you arrive you have 15 minutes to decide if the unit is acceptable for your stay. There is NO PARTIES , there is noise ordinance after 9pm outside. No more than 5 people max. NO REFUNDS , there is $50 pet fee that you will see when you add pet to reservation.

It was a cozy little stay, for the weekend. Make sure you ask about wifi before hand. But plenty of available appliances if needed. Really cute, and secure! We enjoyed our stay

Cute little place, very comfortable and quite. Privacy cottage is a good name for it. Nice patio and everything is paved except doggy bathroom area so no sand in shoes. Stocked with everything you would need. Convenient location and nice neighborhood. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great place, would definitely recommend

This was perfect for my daughter and I, located in a cute neighborhood and close to many things. It was very clean and allowed for privacy, definitely felt like home away from home and would highly recommend.

Cute and cozy with a convenient location.

Perfect for 1-3 people. Close to beaches and good restaurant's. Recommend a little deep cleaning and patio area area swept. Overall great place, i would stay again.

It was our first time on the Clearwater area. We went for a weekend getaway to visit the Tarpon Springs town, which is only minutes away from this property. I recommend visiting this little town. It is beautiful. The Tampa area is also less than an hour away, so is a good central location. The neighborhood is quiet as well.

what a great trip!

My friend was visiting from another state and both of us wanted to have some fun visiting a new place. The cottage is in a great spot for everywhere we needed to go! The beach, a cute town to walk around in (downtown Dundin) were a quick drive away. The cottage had everything we needed inside and we both slept very comfortably in the room and on the couch.

Private, comfortable, convenient

Located a 20 minute walk to both the waterfront and downtown Dunedin, this private cottage offers a quiet environment both inside and on the enclosed patio. Cisco, the owner, was friendly, helpful and responsive to our questions during our stay.A very enjoyable 2 week visit.
