Relaxing back yard, oversized heated swim spa with plenty of space for more than 10, park quality swing set and 2 story playhouse for young ones. Fully fenced.
Several beaches close by, very close to Clearwater beach trolley & Pinellas walking/bike trail.

Multi-Family/Generation home, 3 bedrooms with king beds, 1 with a queen and a bunk, & a bunk room with 6 beds, 3 bathrooms. Oversized great room & dining table for gatherings and playing games. Large kitchen & separate work area.

Great family gathering spot

Arrived with grandparents, their kids, and their kids. The many bedrooms gave each family a bedroom and the bunk room worked well for the cousins. Large gathering spaces had plenty of seating and the backyard had something for each age group. A overhang allowed for outdoor seating during rains. The large hot tub was wonderful. Touristy Tarpon Springs is just up the road and Busch Gardens reasonably close as well. Location could not have been better. Good selection of beaches and trails and the drive to/ from the airport was not difficult. Check-in was a breeze and all communications were quick and helpful. WiFi was robust and 5G was flawless. Kitchen was well equipped and worked well although the dishwasher worked hard to get everything clean. Great space. The week was perfect for our extended family.
