これは、新しく改装されたばかりの海岸沿いの居心地の良い2ベッド1バスユニットです。 キッチンには活気のある「ビーチ」のバックスプラッシュがあり、全体に新しいスポットライトが付きます。 バスルームには、携帯電話から音楽を再生できるハイテク「照明付き」ミラーがあります。 リビングルームにはケーブル付きの55インチのフラットスクリーンテレビ、ケーブル付きのマスターベッドルームには50インチのフラットスクリーンテレビがあります。 v。ゲストルーム内（このt。v。はケーブルがなく、ゲストがストリーミングアカウントにのみログインできるようにします）。 洗濯機と乾燥機はユニットにあります。 ユニットはジョンズパスから1ブロック、ビーチの向かいにあります。 ダブルバルコニーからは、美しいボカシエガ湾を見渡せます。ここでは、イルカやマナティーを時々見ることができます。 ジョンズパスには、ショッピング、レストラン、アイスクリーム、イルカ、釣りのツアーなど、家族全員で楽しめることがたくさんあります。 みんなのためにすることがあります！

Excellent location, helpful owner

We loved the unit. It was the perfect size for our family of 4 and the owners were very responsive with any questions I had leading up to our stay. The location is 100% the reason we picked this one and it was worth it. Public access across the street to the beach and a 5 minute walk to John's Pass. Tons of restaurants in the area too. We plan on coming back next year.

Great location

We are a couple in late 50's. We had breakfast and lunch there every day. The condo is perfectly located. Direct access to the beach just in front, a lot of restaurants walking distance. The condo is well equipped; the bed are very confortable and the host answers very quickly.

Amazing!

Anthony and Mandy were amazing to work with. The condo was oh so clean and full of everything we needed. Traveling with a family of 4 - mom, dad and two teens.

Not quite as it seems

This condo is a one bedroom and bonus room. The second "bedroom" has been converted from, my guess is, a laundry room. There are two single beds - like for kids- and barely enough room to walk between them. There is no storage in that room so if you planned to unpack your clothes,, well forget that. If two adults are staying in that room then get ready to run all over each other. The pool is more like a kiddy pool and is packed with way too many people. Good luck finding a place to sit. We didn't use the pool once because there was not enough space. The WiFi and cell service was awful and one night wouldn't connect at all. If there is anything going on, like red tide, then you better hope you know it before you go because you won't be enlightened to anything that might cause you to change your mind. We didn't get to enjoy the beach due to red tide, but were not warned of this and had no idea until we got there. It was very disappointing. The condo was clean, easy check in, and was in a great location, but was not what we expected.

Everything was wonderful

The property was very clean and beautifully decorated! The access to the beach was right across the street and was in walking distance to shopping and dining as well. Any questions that I had were answered immediately by the owners. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to return one day. Only issue we had was returning to the airport, we tried to rent a car prior to our trip but were unable to find one, so if you’re planning to go to the area and are flying, make sure to rent a vehicle way in advance. Other than that our trip was wonderful!

Sibling Family Vacation

Very clean unit; owners were very nice and responded to any questions promptly. Very nice location for walking about or taking a short drive as we did to downtown St. Petersburg. We were so satisfied that we are considering bringing our whole families next year!!

Great property!

This property is the perfect location. One block to magnificent beach, two blocks to St Johns Pass. The unit is small but perfect for a couple and one or two small children. It was very clean and has a beautiful view of the inlet. The pool is heated and had lots of seating. The owner Even checked in on us during out stay to make sure all was well. Would stay again!!!!

cute place to stay

Had a good time at this property and nicely decorated. Clean sheets, easy to get ahold of owners, very nice., right across street was beach access, had extra tp and paper towels and coffee filters, thank you!, restaurant next door was awesome. They had beach towels and beach chairs to use which was a plus. Make sure you bring any extras for the kitchen, just because i cooked. Just basics were supplied. (ex. no salt and pepper/spices, no blender, and cleaning spray which would've been helpful to wipe down kitchen counters, which I have seen in other rentals) But I would stay here again because the owners were very quick with responses and super friendly. Easy check in /out with lock on the door, plus the use of it being able to put in your own code made it super easy, didn't have to tote around a key.

My company was invited to be apart of a 2 day fishing tournament last weekend of April. We are located a couple hours from here so I didn't want to haul the boat back & forth. I stumbled across this rental. Loved it! Extremely clean & accommodating. Everything that anyone would need was provided. Great parking for trucks & trailers. Great location. Great Marina next door (which also squeezed my boat into a slip at last minute) Could have not found a better place!!! Thank You!!!
