IRB unit C Star5Vacations

Come enjoy our Indian Rocks Beach studio, just a few hundred feet from public beach access - located at the end of our street. You also have beautiful intercoastal water views at the opposite end of our street, where there is a public park area for you to enjoy.



This is a studio apartment with a king size bed 1 nightstand, flat screen T.V. with a wardrobe that has drawers and a spot to hang clothes. This unit also features a flat screen T.V. in the living room, a full bathroom and private patio with private BBQ.



The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need during your stay. The dining room table has seating for 4 people.



The bathroom features a stand up shower which is all brand new.



The unit is equipped with all bath towels, bed linens, extra pillows, beach towels, beach chairs, and an umbrella.



The coffee maker is a Keurig Duo which uses single serve k-cupsa regular ground pot of coffee.



The pool area is shared between a total of 3 units. It features a shared Weber grill, 4 shared lounge chairs, and 4 small dining sets. The pool is cleaned on Thursdays and has a pool cleaner that can be taken out while in use. Grilling utensils are inside of each unit and must be brought back into their designated units after each use.



Other things to note:

LATE CHECK-OUTS & EARLY CHECK-INS: Check-in time is 4PM and checkout time is 11AM. Door codes do not activate until set check-in time. Early access will not be provided without prior approval. Guests who check-in earlycheckout past checkout time will charged the additional fee of $50/hr.

There is a security camera facing the driveway that will be on during your stay. Any petsextra guests seen on property is subject to a charge.

This has an excellent location. Go left out of the apartment for 100 yards, you have the bay. Go right out of the apartment for 100 yards, you have the gulf. Very clean and just about all the amenities. The laundromat is 1 minute away. Loads of local restaurants just seconds away.

The listing was mostly a good representation of the space. It was (surface level) clean enough, although there were a few places- shower curtain and musty, moldy smell especially in the throw rugs for example that need attention. The place was well stocked with dishes, soaps, paper products, etc. Our biggest issues were it is definitely NOT beachfront. It’s a short walk, but definitely a walk and across a decently busy street. The place was very small, and it felt like staying in a room in someone’s basement. The bathroom door does not close all the way. The lights by the outside door do not work, which made it tough to use the keypad in the dark. The absolute worst was the noise from above. I don’t even think the people above us were doing anything out of the ordinary but it was so loud it made sleeping impossible, even with the noise machine.

The ocean is a short walk...1 block. Property is small but good enough for 2 guests. Unit was in good shape and had all we needed but throw blankets need to be washed, door needs to be sealed so room can cool and one towel had blonde hairs. Overall we were happy for our 2 day stay.

The unit was like new with very cute decor. The walk to the beach was easy and the cart and beach chairs were awesome. Had everything you would need, even an air fryer! The bed was a little softer than we like. We could hear the guests upstairs footsteps quite often, I think they were kids running around. Other than that it was a great stay.

Nice interior, new appliances, modern studio feel inside. Liked the secluded outside patio area (shrubs surrounding it). Appliances, including coffee maker and utensils left nothing out. Beach chairs, umbrella and cart to haul everything was appreciated.Swimming pool was small but nice, kinda shoe-horned into the end of unit. The pool seemed to be serviced once but bottom was not vacuumed so dirt/debri was present our stay.The entrance to the unit was on the lower level, adjacent to parking area beneath the multi unit structure. It was somewhat dark, especially at night, and having all the unit garbage bins distributed in this parking area was not a good look for an entrance way. So an upper unit would have been a nicer entrance/view.All said though we had a comfortable stay and enjoyed the unit and overall location close to the beach.

The property and location were fantastic. I marked a 3 for communication w/property owner as I'm not sure how to get ahold of them. I also own rental property and would like to pass some information on directly to the owner. We arrived on a fri and the smell was horrid before we ever got in our unit. We found that it was the trash cans. I know your instructions say to put it on the curb, i believe on Tues and Frid, but nobody did. The cans were crawling w/maggots. Me and my daughter moved them to the curb but then had to wash the concrete by the rooms w/pans of water to wash the maggots off that were everywhere. inside the room, the inside shower curtain had a lot of mold on it, as did the inside ledge & corner of the shower. I suggest buying those cheap plastic liners and keeping plenty on had to change out often. This one was a material liner. There was still trash pieces behind the commode, q-tip, some pcs of toilet paper and a razor cover. The front stove and the front of the frig were dirty. Lots of streaks, etc. and I could not find any cleaner to wipe them with. There was what looked like pasta sauce splatter on the frig and the cabinet front adjacent to it. There was sand and a torn down pack-n-play just inside the door. We were there the day the pool guy came, but he did not clean around the pool. There is some kind of seeds growing in your tropical plants around the pool and they were everywhere, on all the furniture and in the pool. Suggest maybe y

Cottage at IRB

We loved the location so close to the beach, and the unit was completely stocked with everything we needed, including a noise machine! Coco's on the corner was a great place to hang out, listen to live music, and the shrimp was amazing. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We love Indian Rocks Beach

This unit was in a great location. Close to the beach and a great restaurant. The unit was nicely remodeled and everything was very updated. We had a nice private patio with a grill that we used everyday. There were beach chairs, umbrella and beach cart to use as well as beach towels. The only thing we were disappointed about is that there was no washer or dryer. Luckily we packed enough to not need to do laundry but it would have nice to have. So maybe just check with the owner before you go if this is something you need to have.

A Nice Getaway

Stayed at the property for a short weekend get away! It was off season so we were lucky to have the whole condo to ourselves. The pool was amazing! Unit had a wagon with beach supplies which was much appreciated. Location is perfect. One block away from the neach and plaves to eat!

Quick trip

My trip was to see my dieing mother so it wasn’t for fun. When we entered the apartment it smelled musty but I understood that because of the way Florida is. Always humid. It was nice and cool inside. I didn’t care for the way the towels smelled. Maybe could use a different laundry detergent. Had a hard time adjusting the water in the shower to a warmer setting. When we left to go see my mom, the door wouldn’t lock so had to get ahold of the property manager. I was in a rush so didn’t bother waiting for a response so we had to leave it unlocked. Maybe in the future they could have the door already adjusted so renters don’t have to mess with that. The property management was very helpful getting the problem resolved. The morning of the last day before checking out I picked up a towel and a huge roach jumped out. My husband took care of it. Overall I liked the location, the place was clean but not an enjoyable trip. Sorry

A perfect getaway!

Loved this property! Great location, cute pool to chill at when you don’t want to go to beach! But beach is only a minute walk up the street!! Everything in the condo was in perfect shape and it was such a nice and accommodating stay for 2! We had a blast!

A Wonderful Stay in IRB!

The property is in an ideal location, just two blocks from the beach. It's a ground floor, small, studio condo, and was very clean and updated. The bed and couch were quite comfortable, and the condo was well lit. There's a nice patio with table and four chairs. The appliances were like new. The host was very responsive and friendly. The assigned carport space and driveway can easily fit two cars. The only minor drawback is that you can hear walking from the condo above. I highly recommend staying at this property.

Wonderful spot

Our time was too short!! The location is quiet and convenient to the beach and good dining options. The trolley stop is on the corner and made getting around easy. We enjoyed the patio and the pool and being in the sun. The place was well stocked with beach paraphernalia. Everything was made easy.

Clean and exactly as expected. Washer dryer combo did take over 4 hours as we were told, it was easier to go to the Laundromat. 20 minute walk to lots of restaurants some closer. The biggest complaint would be noise from the unit above you can hear every step they take
