The Space:

Soft coastal light filters through the rooms as you wake, inviting the easy rhythm of Florida living to set the pace for the day. A gentle breeze drifts across the screened‑in tiki patio, where the pool glistens and the fire pit waits for relaxed evenings. Step outside to a fully fenced backyard where the scent of fresh air mingles with the distant sound of waves, promising easy trips to nearby beaches. Whether you’re settling in for a quiet staycation or planning a day of sun and surf, the home feels like a breezy, tropical retreat.



Sleeping arrangements

Three bedrooms comfortably host up to seven guests. The primary bedroom features a king bed and an en‑suite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, while the third bedroom provides two single beds. A twin air mattress adds a flexible sleeping option for an extra guest. A second full bathroom is located off the hallway for convenient access.



Living areas

The open living room showcases comfy seating and tropical ocean‑inspired décor, creating a calm space to unwind. Adjacent, the open‑concept dining area provides room for shared meals or planning the day ahead. A smart TV and high‑speed Wi‑Fi keep you connected and entertained when you choose to stay in.



Kitchen & dining

A large full kitchen equipped with stainless‑steel appliances and kitchen essentials lets you prepare meals at your own pace. Everything you need is within reach, whether you’re cooking a simple breakfast or bringing home local favorites to enjoy on the patio.



Outdoor living

The pool and screened‑in tiki patio are perfect for relaxed outdoor dining in Florida’s warm, season‑neutral climate. Beyond the patio, the fully fenced backyard offers lounge seating and a fire pit, ideal for unhurried evenings under the stars. Beach essentials are provided, making it easy to head straight to the shoreline.



Amenities

Washer and dryer, bathroom essentials, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and room‑darkening shades ensure comfort for longer stays. Air conditioning, heating, and home safety essentials are included. Guests enjoy a private entrance, self‑check‑in with a smart lock, free parking for up to four vehicles, and additional street parking. The property is pet‑friendly, welcoming your furry companions.



Neighborhood

Set in a quiet residential area, the home offers easy access to shopping, restaurants, Downtown Largo, and the beaches of Clearwater and Sand Key. Local attractions are close by, allowing you to balance peaceful downtime with convenient exploration throughout your stay.



Getting Around:

Having a vehicle is the best way to get around. Up to (3) cars may park in the driveway and (2) on the street.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
