The dock was just redone in composite decking with bench seating. You can relax on the patio and watch dolphin and manatee swim daily! A 5 minute walk and you are on the beach at the Gulf of Mexico. White sandy beaches and pristine waters make leaving here difficult to do! A short drive and you are at Clearwater Beach, Saint Petersburg, Tampa, Madeira Beach, Bradenton, Sarasota and so much more!

The condo offers many amenities such as 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living area, a covered patio with patio furniture, tv's with cable and internet, washing machine and dryer and more.
