Sea Isle Villas - Unit #H is a gulf front condo in the Sea Isle Villas community (18 units) on Indian Rocks Beach, FL. Unbelievable views from this third story unit that has been recently refreshed and professionally decorated. Just steps from the dunes and the Gulf of Mexico beaches on a very family friendly section of Indian Rocks Beach. Private elevator and assigned covered parking make getting in and out a breeze. Heated private pool if you want to take a break from the sand. Condo is two bedrooms with two full baths and comes very well stocked for your stay. We have Spectrum cable television, free 200mb WiFi and all rooms have televisions.

The master has a King-sized bed, full bath with shower and a very large walk in closet. The second bedroom has a Queen-sized bed, full bath with tub and a large closet. There is a full-sized sleeper sofa in the living room if needed. Our well-appointed and spacious kitchen is fully stocked with kitchen towels, pots and pans, utensils, coffee maker, microwave, appliances and the fridge has water in the door and an automatic ice maker. Large farmhouse style dining room table easily seats six with room to eat, work remotely or play board games. Eat in kitchen has three stools and a lot of counter space for cooking and storage. Master bathroom has a hair dryer and there is an iron and ironing board in the master closet. The condo is stocked with a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher and laundry detergent. The unit has front loading washer and dryer and we can provide a pack and play if needed for little ones. There is a community gas and charcoal grill in the middle of the complex if you feel like cooking out. Beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, pool noodles and a variety of beach toys are provided. The the beach equipment is in a storage closet on the 1st floor, meaning you don’t have to drag them up or down any stairs. Indian Rocks Beach is a very walkable community with excellent choices for breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks and we can let you know which spots we recommend.

The Sea Isle Condominiums do have some house rules that include no smoking and no pets allowed in the unit at any time. Renters must be at least 25 years of age. Our check in time is 3:00 pm and check out time of 9am.

Perfect!

Beautiful updated condo. The balcony over looking the beach and watching the sunset every night was absolutely the cherry on top. And the private elevator - game changer. Private beach. Seriously just perfect. Will be back!!

IRB rocked with Relaxation!!

Comfortable accommodations, the private elevator and beach level storage are HUGE pluses! Location and accessibility to the beach were convenient and beautiful. Our host was great with communication and was very responsive! Highly recommend!

Amazing view and location!

We’ve stayed at a few properties in Island Rocks but this was my favorite. The view from the condo I was spectacular! My family liked that it was in walking distance to many restaurants. The condo itself was very clean and well stocked. The elevator was a nice bonus! The owners were easy to reach as well. We will definitely stay here again!

This was our first stay in the Indian Rocks Beach area. The property was in central location and had a wonderful view. Everything was updated and clean and Karen communicated perfectly from start to finish.

First time in IRB, won't be the last

Loved our time here. Beautiful beach off the beaten path, quiet and relaxing. We took advantage of the Suncoast Trolley to explore Madiera Beach, Treasure Island and St. Pete. The property was wonderful and Karen checked in with us and was readily available to ensure we had a great stay. We got to do so much in our week and can't wait to come again!

Great week at IRB

Karen was super attentive and responsive. Condo was clean, beach access so close…elevator right to your condo patio was a huge benefit. We’ve been to IRB before but first time staying here and didn’t disappoint. The OG Crabby Bills is a MUST- it’s a Vibe and they have the best Rum Runners - can’t go wrong staying here

Highly Recommend

This property is well thought out, clean, updated and well kept! Our family stayed in the condo for the week and was very impressed. This condo is steps from the beach, and provides a beautiful ocean view. We found this property to be in a great location, close to shops and restaurants, and also have everything we needed to cook, go to the beach and play games on rainy days. We highly recommend this property!

What a gem of a place

Great location! I will miss walking the beach every morning collecting shells. Cafe de Paris and Beachwave Grill are steps away with excellent food. We had the best meal at Groupers on the Gulf! Communication with Karen was excellent. The place is clean and a safe area to walk with the kids. Loved that first floor is for parking and storage with beach chairs umbrella and sand toys so no need to bring them up to the condo on floor 3. Great view with amazing sunsets!

This is THE PLACE you want!!

This condo is absolutely beautiful and the location cannot be beat. It comes stocked with everything you need including items for a day at the beach. The whole vibe is so beachy and relaxing ..bright and cheerful! Karen is awesome she was super responsive to messages and texts and even checked in to make sure we had all we needed. I would give this place a 10 star rating! You will fall in love with it too! Karen thank you for making this experience so perfect!!

Perfect location!

Location is everything and this condo has it all! Close to restaurants, steps from the beach and pool, and very easy parking. The amenities are exactly as described on the listing and the condo itself is beautiful. The beach is calm and not over-crowded. We often had the pool to ourselves. We did drive to a few restaurants and they were fabulous. Frenchy's, Caddy's and also Abe's Place if you're looking to get away from primarily seafood menus. We highly recommend the Sea Screamer dolphin cruise. This is our 3rd vacation to the beaches of Clearwater and we will definitely be booking this condo again for our family of 4!

Amazing Beachside Family Friendly Condo

My family had an incredible time staying at this beautiful beachside condo. This is a very spacious and clean condo with plenty of room for your family to spread out. Families with young children will appreciate the use of the elevator for easily bringing in your luggage as well as accessing the beach. Indian Rocks Beach (IRB) is a very family friendly beach with soft smooth sands, little to no weeds and tame waters durring our stay. Its extremely close to Clearwater without all the craziness of Clearwater. Even thought its more laid back there are still many food options in the area that Karen provides a full guide on. Karen is a very helpful host who was very attentive to any needs and checked in throughout the week. I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for laid back beach experience.

Beautiful Location

Great condo directly on the beach, as advertised. Very clean. Very nice accommodations/beds/ furniture. Love that the security of the condo has a key elevator directly to the balcony. Also, specific marked parking area so you do not have to struggle with that. Love that the beach is only steps away, and they supply chairs and umbrellas as mentioned in the description. Restaurants within walking distance, or a short drive. Area was easy to navigate when driving. Communication with the owner prior to our arrival was excellent. Sadly, our stay was cut short due to the mandatory evacuation for hurricane Ian. The condo owner was in contact with us frequently, and kept us abreast of all the information we needed for our safety. Wish we could have stayed the week as planned, however, our safety was a top priority. We hope to return to this condo as we enjoyed it that much!

We loved this condo! It was clean and beautifully decorated with an excellent location and view of the beach. The elevator to our balcony was awesome, and it was so nice having the storage area with beach chairs and umbrellas. The condo also has beach towels so you don’t have to pack them. Karen was a great host with excellent communication!

Great for our family

We had a great time in this condo. It was so nice to have all the beach gear on the first floor and then just hop in the elevator straight to the balcony. Never had that before, and I think my kids are spoiled for future vacations. Great location-walked to get ice cream, plenty of eating spots at walking distance. Clean, comfortable and spacious for us (5). My son used the sofa bed and was very happy as he had the best view every morning. Would definitely consider if I visit this area again. Karen was very responsive to messages from the get-go. Thank you so much!

Outstanding condo and location

From booking, confirmation, check in instructions, and the welcome package from Property owners was outstanding. The Owner, Karen, even contacted us after we were at the condo for a couple of days to make sure if we needed or anything they could do for us. The condo exceeded our expectations. It was clean, well maintained, perfect interior lay out and location was fantastic, great view of the sunsets from balcony. The condo is right on the beach and pool. Couldn’t have had a better location.One added feature was the elevator from the garage to your balcony. This was fantastic. Never had to wait for elevator. Bringing luggage and groceries in was so convenient. Made moving out a breeze too.We have stayed in this area several times at some real nice condos. This by far is our favorite.In addition, Karen could not have been more accommodating to our family. We could really tell that they cared if the condo met our expectations and wanted us to have a great vacation.We definitely will rent this condo, if available, on our next trip to Indian Rocks.Thank-you Karen
