It’s a roof over your head

The property is definitely deceiving the washer and dryer were taken up by 5 other units and the cleaning people, the second bed pictured is not there just a twin size air mattress, the kayaks and the one available dock are shared between 6 units and are missing the seats it was very packed in the whole time then the roof leaked during the storm we had. The next day the maintenance man came and put caulk on the roof. There was also a random door inside the unit that led to a small outside/under the upstairs deck that had trash and was full of wasps the dishes had burnt food and there was cans of food left from previous people there is no oven or can opener basically if you’re a family don’t stay. The canal across the street was fun close fishing but parking is terrible there too

Good location

Adequate place to stay while visiting relatives. Nice neighborhood to walk in, and close to some really fun restaurants. Some units are still being worked on because of previous flooding.

A paradise in the key.

I was just coming down to fish for a couple days and needed a place to stay. I noticed this was available and right on the water. It was nice and clean. The owner was quick and easy to get along with and helped out a lot.

Convenient, quiet, hospitable

Great place to stay, fairly convenient to everything in the St. Pete area. Well kept unit and the neighborhood was safe and quiet. Host was very responsive to any questions I had and the property manager/maintenance person, Tony, was on site nearly everyday tinkering around on projects on the property (not in an intrusive way at all). Very hospitable if any needs arose. Would definitely stay here again.
