I am giving the place a 4 only because the issues I had with the accommodations were handle EXPEDITIOUSLY by the host. The condo is old and could use some updating like newer appliances, fresh paint and popcorn removal and although the air conditioner works great, it is Very loud. The condo is in a great location where you can walk to a few restaurants and beach and enjoy the evening on the dock or by the pool. I must let it be known that because the entire lower floor was destroyed by the hurricane last year, their still might be a musty odor in the condo. Also, the condos are being remodeled so approx 8am construction begins and non residence are working around the complex. We were there for a month July-Aug, hopefully the drilling, sawing and hammering will be completed soon. The laundromat is about a10 min drive away but they are working on reopening the one that is approx. 3 blocks away.The owners were awesome host and did what they could to make us happy and feel comfortable.Thank youTami
