Unit itself was very nice and the amenities in the unit we great for our stay. We arrived on Tuesday evening and the next day we went shopping and exploring Johns Pass and then swam in the pool that afternoon. Air was chilly but the pool was warm. Thursday after spending the day at the beach we returned to find the walkway to enter the building had been torn out leaving thick sand and debris to walk on. My wife has balance issues so we assisted her. After entering the beach unit we found the water had been turned off. I contacted Beach Time Realty. They sent the property manager who couldn't figure out how to get the water back on. So we were moved to a different location. Upon arriving and new location the door entering the building and walkways were dirty. In the new unit the master bedroom had a king bed that left very little room to walk around the bed and the bathroom was very tiny. Other bedroom had bunk beds. We are seniors and my sister in law has had a hip replacement plus seniors do have to use the bathroom during the night and we were not sure if the ladder would hold and adult. So my sister in law slept on the couch. Next morning she woke up with a bug bite below her lower lip. Were notified the water was back on so we packed up our food and luggage and returned. Saturday afternoon we went to swim and the heater had been turned off and the water was too cold for us to swim. We had other plans for Sunday and we knew the pool would be closed Monday.

Switched condo properties

We did not stay at the Waves as originally scheduled. We had orginally reserved a ground floor condo at the Waves since my wife can't do well with steps. After we made the reservation, the Waves got damaged by two hurricanes, damaging all first floor units. When we got to the Waves, we were directed to a second floor condo with no elevator. When we questioned this, the property manager moved us to the Oasis on the Gulf - in a upper floor condo with an elevator. The Oasis on the Gulf condo was super.

My husband and I loved it. It was very private but close enough to the beach and restaurants to walk if you choose. The owner had beach chairs, beach towels and even a metal detector. We took it to the beach twice. I had one small problem and it was taken care of right away. We will definitely stay again. I only gave 4 stars on cleanliness because behind the doors it was very dirty. It’s a pet peeve of mine.

Nice condo in a great location

the condo was excellent. the only downside is there is no outside area accessible from the condo, such as a balcony or patio. The public pool is very close, but not private.

Great little place!

Two couples down from the north for a long weekend. Place worked out great. Walk to the beach or take the FreeBee shuttle anywhere in St Pete’s Beach you wanted to go. Easy and relaxing.

Very nice and clean

This is a 2 bedroom condo although its listed as sleeps 6. The condo was clean and had everything you need for your stay dishes, glasses, silverware, linens and towels. There was a lot of beach equipment in the closet, chairs, floats and cooler. The pool area was nice but could get crowded. Over all it was a nice place to stay.

Great Location & Within Walking Distance

This property is in a great location and close to many restaurants and the beach all within walking distance. Our car sat unused for most of the time. The unit was clean and had room enough for four adults.

Great Location! Lovely pool.

Lovely spot! Water pressure was not okay. The unit was very musty upon arrival. We went to Home Depot and bought damp-rid and hung a few bags. The humidifier was full and not running, easily fixed. We bought a candle and it was good in like 36 hours. Everything else was really nice, love the area and the pool is very nice. Would stay again.

Great Get Away Spot

This unit had plenty of space, well-furnished with cute beach decor. Easy to access on the lower level, walking distance to several local dining and bar hot spots. You don't need a vehicle, so easy to catch a beach ride to many places just out of walking distance. Pool area is clean and cozy. The rental process was very easy. I would definitely recommend this unit for anyone looking for a St. Pete Beach rental that's close, but not directly on the beach. Washer and dryer in the unit is a huge bonus added!

Perfect Family Get away!

Everything about our stay was perfect and comfortable! From the beds, to the towels, the kitchen, and the bathrooms all 100% clean and comfortable! It easily became home for 5 days from the moment you walk in the door! The condos pool if perfect for younger kids, our 15 month old couldn't get enough! and the condo had plenty of space for 4 grown adults and 1 toddler to spread out!! The beach seriously right down the street and the condo is 2 streets down from the main drag which has everything! We have already talked about staying here again next year!!! Thank you so much!

We loved our stay here! Very convenient and we had everything we needed for the beach and more!

Everything was very clean and easy to find! The beach cart was an amazing asset along with the other beach chairs and toys. It was also only a couple minute walk to the beach which was great! Definitely recommend staying at this condo and we will be back!

The property was exactly as pictured - beautifully decorated, warm and welcoming.

We truly enjoyed our stay! From the moment the reservation was taken, we received very clear instructions on how to check-in/out, a guide to nearby attractions and a follow up call from the property manager to see if we had any questions. The location was a 5 minute walk to the beach and from the main strip with plenty of places to dine. We also enjoyed the on-site pool as an alternative to the beach. It was a relaxing and pleasant visit to St. Pete - we only wish we could have stayed longer!!

Beautiful Condo just perfect for us!

We loved the condo and would come back again. It has everything you need and more the only thing lacking for me was a mirror - full length or wall. Other than that the place was perfect it made the stay wonderful we had my niece over to play cards we walked on the beach the pool was perfect mix of shade and sun and we felt like we were at home! Thank you for a wonderful wonderful wonderful place to stay I would highly recommend it highly!!

Great place, super close to the beach and restaurants.

We had an amazing time and stay at this condo. It was clean, well taken care of, and plenty of space. The kids vote the pool as the best thing, and there is a good supply of beach towels, chairs, and even a cooler.
