They are wonderful hosts, and the property was immaculate. You can tell they put a LOT of thought into the experience they provide for their guests. Well stocked with everything you need and a VERY comfortable bed.I would happily book again!

Great ground floor condo

Very nice condo with everything needed to enjoy our 7 week stay. Daniel was quick to respond to the few issues we had & his housekeeper is wonderful! We absolutely love the Avalon & our “seasonal friends “.

Home away from home

Property is just as pictured with all the amenities you would have at home; the owners have left everything you will need for your vacation which was awesome when your traveling especially with kids! Pool was so relaxing and amazing. Apartment was well stocked and they e thought of every lil detail (thank you) close to everything! Supermarket and dollar tree right across the street and all beacahes super close and all beautiful! Would recommend this place

We really enjoyed our time at the condo. It was very clean and had tons of things to make our stay easier. We only needed our personal items! The landlord was VERY responsive and all directions were clear and concise! I have already booked for next year! Five star all the way!

Not quiet!

Condo was clean and stocked. Pool was nice. But we pick this particular unit because it was advertised as QUIET. It was not. If you like hearing a buzy restaurant/bar 200 feet away(not Abe’s fault, great food),if you like a school playground 200 feet away with screaming kids all morning (not the kids fault it’s recess) if you like hearing every ambiance and motorcycle on Missouri Ave then you will love this place. Oh I forgot about the Karaoke neighbor lol. Plus you have to walk your garbage literally 1/4 mile to dumpster in a creepy back lot. Spent 3 days and 3 hours on phone with Spectrum to fix TV.

Wonderful vacation

We had a lovely vacation at this condo. We arrived later at night and it was nice to see the lights on in the condo upon arrival. The unit was very clean and well furnished and decorated. The kitchen was equipt with everything you need for meal preparation. The dishwasher was very quiet The fridge was very large plus it had an icemaker which was particularly handy. Most rentals seem to go on the lower end on appliances so this was a nice surprise. Daniel, the owner, responded quickly when we had a problem with the TV and he was able to resolve the issue. I am a non-tech person. I have stayed at other units at the Avalon in the past and I love the location. There is a shopping plaza across the steeet with a Publix grocery store so getting groceries is very convenient. Abe's restaurant is right in front of the Avalon and serves great food. The beach is a short drive away and we appreciated having the use of beach towels and chairs. The only thing I can think of as an improvement would be more placemats and coasters for drinks. Also, a grab bar next to the bathtub would likely be appreciated by older guests to assist when entering or exiting the shower. If you book this condo you won't be dissapointed.

A wonderful place to stay!

This property is so nice - super clean and well stocked with amenities such as beach chairs and towels, extra linens, cleaning supplies etc. Convenient location and a very responsive owner made my stay very pleasant and comfortable!!

Great unit and location.

We loved the location and the ground floor. We also loved the pool area. The pool area could use more loungers available -- it was sometimes hard to find a couple available some days.

Clearwater close to beach with pool

Beautiful property, very clean and quiet location. Host provided everything you could ask for and we appreciated the recommendations for things to do and dining. Would definitely come back and stay here! Short drive to beach but if you like to walk we walked there too!!

Winter Getaway

We enjoyed our 6 week stay at Daniel's condo at the Avalon! The condo was clean and cozy, and we felt right at home during our stay. The king size bed was really comfortable. Great location, especially for bike riders, since we were about 5 blocks from the Pinellas trail. Also close to restaurants, stores, the beach, and of course the heated pool at the Avalon.

Beautiful condo

Lovely and thoughtfully furnished. Things I loved: the sheets, the pillows, the colors. The fabric blinds are a wow, the walk in closet, super washer and dryer. The pool and pool area were ideal. Turning on a tv should not be that difficult but I understand most are. so I lost out on the bedroom tv. Just a hint I would have liked place mats for your beautiful table and a few more kitchen towels. I never located a spatula or any wash clothes for bathing. Overall a wonderful experience.
