FREE parking for up to 2 cars is easy on the property and we are across the street from the beach. There is beach access right on 7th street, a 2 minute walk.

No car? No problem! Many guests love how walkable the neighborhood is. The beach, local restaurants, cafés, and shops are all just a short walk away. Free on-site parking is included, and rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available.
This is a very family friendly neighborhood with walkers, runners, bikers, and people walking their dogs.

*Dog friendly to well behaved dogs and respectful owners. The pet fee is $195 (2 dogs max)
