Ist liebevoll eingerichtet Tisch in der Küche sollte ausgetauscht werden er ist nicht mehr schön Wir haben eine Liege im Garten vermisst Die Nähe zum Deich und Strand hat uns gefallen Bei der Sauberkeit ziehen wir zwei Sterne ab , Spinnweben in den Ecken und Fenster diese waren auch verschmutzt und leider im Wohnzimmer und in der Küche Schimmelflecken in der Ecke, wir haben intensiv gelüftet hier besteht Handlungsbedarf

Die Wohnung entsprach nicht unseren Vorstellungen. Schon das Schloss der Eingangstür war manchmal nur mit viel Gefühl zu öffnen. Das Bad ist sehr klein, das Schlafzimmer mit einem in die Jahre gekommenen Doppelbett, das Plissee Rollo sollte man lieber nicht berühren, es war oben und unten fest geknotet. Die Couch im Wohnzimmer sehr abgenutzt und lieblos ohne Sofa Kissen nur mit einer Decke versehen. Die Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder sehr begrenzt in einem offenen Schuppen. Alles in allem würde ich meinen Urlaub dort nicht wiederholen. Es ist eine gründliche Aufarbeitung und Renovierung erforderlich.

Nähe zum Strand super.

Die Nähe zum Deich und dem Strand von Ording ist toll. Ruhige Umgebung. Alles vorhanden: Handtücher in ausreichender Zahl für jeden uvm. Küche voll ausgestattet. Wer keinen hohen Anspruch im Sinne einer topp renovierten Wohnung hat, fühlt sich hier wohl. Kontakt zu Vermieter war problemlos.

Ording im April mit Hund

Unser Aufenthalt war schön. BeimCheck in und Check out hätten wir uns eine bessere Kommunikation gewünscht. Bspw. bei Schlüssel“Übergabe“. Desweiteren wäre es hilfreich gewesen, wenn uns die Gästekarten zgeschickt worden wären, wie vorgesehen. So mussten wir uns vor Ort darum kümmern.Das Appartment war sehr sauber.

Schöne Wohnung mit ein paar Abzügen

Die Wohnung an sich war sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Zimmer waren ordentlich und sauber. Leider war die Kaffeemaschine verschmutzt (vermutlich durch den Vormieter). Der Fernseher hatte nahezu keinen Empfang - sehr nervig. Die Dusche ist undicht, sodass das Bad nach dem Duschen unter Wasser steht. Auch die Spülmaschine war leicht beschädigt, sodass diese erst durch uns repariert werden musste, um sie zu nutzen. Ansonsten hat uns die Wohnung und vor allem die Lage aber gut gefallen!

Hübsche Wohnung, aber ...

Die Wohnung ist recht hübsch; allerdings kam sie uns für den Preis ein bißchen vernachlässigt vor. Wir haben uns für unseren nächsten Aufenthalt in SPO eine andere Wohnung gesucht.

Gemütliche Unterkunft mit Meeresbrise ...

Wir verbrachten eine Woche mit unseren beiden Hunden in der hinteren Wohnung im Erdgeschoss. Sehr geräumig mit einem Schlafzimmer, großem Flur und direktem Zugang zum Garten. Man hat sich in der Wohnung gleich heimisch gefühlt, die Küche bot alles was man braucht und die täglichen Spaziergänge am Strand vermisse ich sehr ... es dauert nur 5 Minuten bis zum Damm, auf dem Weg dahin kommt man am Campingplatz mit kleinem Supermarkt und Bäcker vorbei, Restaurants gibt es auch sehr gute in der Nähe und der Kontakt zur Hausbesitzerin war sehr angenehm. Ein kurzer Ausfall des Routers wurde sofort behoben - wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wohnung mit super Lage aber einigen Schönheitsfehlern

Für eine Reise, bei der man viel unterwegs ist und die Wohnung relativ wenig genutzt wird, eine super Lokation! Die Lage und Umgebung ist astrein, Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück, großer Garten für die Hunde, Unterstand für Fahrräder, Küche voll in Ordnung! Allerdings muss an der Wohnung allgemein dennoch mal was getan werden! Zustand etwas altbacken, teilweise sehr abgenutzt, Außenbereich muss mal öfter gereinigt werden, ebenso die Fenster. Ebenfalls müsste mal ein zusätzlicher Schrank/Kommode bereitgestellt werden. Auch das Bett müsste mal überarbeitet werden. Für einen guten Standard fehlt also zurzeit noch etwas, ansonsten völlig in Ordnung!

Tolle Wohnung

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch war der Kontakt zu der Vermieterin sehr nett. Der Strand war auch nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Von uns gibt es eine klare Weiterempfehlung.

Schön, Mißstände ließen sich beseitigenn

Die Lage des Hauses hinterm Deich , ruhig, mit großem Garten und mehreren Sitzgruppen hervorragend gut. Die Wohnung für Zwei angenehm groß Zum "Sehr gut" fehlte größere Aufmerksamkeit beim Objekt ( dringende Erneuerung der Kopfkissen, fehlender Haarföhn, Beseitigung der Abflussgerüche im Bad)

Gute Unterkunft mit leichten Schönheitsfehlern

Die Lage der Wohnung ist top,sie ist relativ sauber.Wenn da nicht diese Käfer wären die durch die Wohnung laufen,Giftdose steht im Schlafzimmer neben dem Schrank.Das Bett im Schlafzimmer ist Brett hart mag nicht jeder.Die Rollos in der Wohnung sind alle schwer zu betätigen. Sonst eine tolle Wohnung.

Urlaub über Karneval

Meine Töchter, mein Enkel und ich haben sehr schöne Tage an der rauhen Nordsee verbracht. Kräftiger Wind ist uns entgegen gepustet und hat die Köpfe freigefegt . Die Wohnung liegt sehr nahe am Strand und ist sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir kommen wieder!

Mit Hund - ideal!

Wir kennen die Ecke von vorherigen Besuchen und doch waren wir angenehm überrascht, wie die Lage des Hauses den Urlaub verschönert! Nur kurz zu Fuß durch die ruhige Wohnstraße, schon am Deich eben die Treppe rauf und wieder runter und: SCHUHE AUS! Und: HUND VON DER LEINE! Ein 70er-Jahre Haus ist eben atmosphärisch wie es ist, aber wir haben es es genossen, immer sofort am tollen Strand zu sein und abends (Ende Oktober) im Haus unsere Ruhe zu haben. Wir kommen wieder!

Urlaub Anfang August 1019

Schönes Objekt in ruhiger Lage Die Idee mit dem Schlüsselsafe ist gut, leider gab es Kommunikationsprobleme so dass ich erst anrufen musste, was aber dann kein Problem mehr war, da die Vermieter vor Ort waren. Die Ausstattung ist gut und wir hatten eine schöne Zeit dort.
