Stay without any problems

Our group of six elderly friends was really very satisfied with stay in this hotel, esp. we highly appreciated helpful and friendly people at the reception desk. Also cleaning services were perfect. We can only recommend this hotel to other future clients.

Het was een super fijne accomodatie, geen last van de buren geen last van de houskeaping. Het enige jammere was de wifi. Deze deed het minder goed als verwacht en op het balkon had je misschien 1 streepje. Daarnaast was het zwembad water ijskoud. Voorderest echt een aanrader als je op een prettige plek wil overnachten.

Took ages to check in very slow had to pay 50euros deposit on room didn’t agree with that wanted a glass of wine from the bar we were told we had to buy a bottle as the bartender did not have any bottles open why should you have to buy a bottle check out was 10 in morning normally it’s 11am won’t be staying there again the sister hotel Topaz is much better

Lovely hotel, would return and recommend!

Lovely hotel and in a good location, walk one way for the bus stops you need, walk another and it takes you to the sea, bars, restaurants etc... also a good shop a few doors down. Staff really polite and friendly, they even stood up when they seen you approaching. Asked for an extra pillow each for our beds and he got this straight away. Rooms cleaned every day. Balcony is okay, chair really comfy. Pool on the roof is fab! Room well equipped with kettle, hairdryer and fridge, air con etc. Only negatives are they didn't change our dirty cups and not sure what the bathroom window was about (it opened up to a big dark hole)! The shower was quite weak to. Would definitely return though, very comfy and adequate especially for the good price to. Its ashame the bar area was always so quiet, it was cheap and nice, felt sorry for them they didnt seem to get much custom. Maybe open it up by the pool, as was quite busy up there in the early evening.

Was given wrong room, toilet in new room didn't work properly, AC dripped rusty water on floor. Only good things were receptionist "BOYKO"- very friendly and had info for best restaurants and activities, pool deck was nice, beds were comfortable.

Amazing experience, friendly staff, got maps and advice about what to visit, clean pool, didn't have know we can use the pool in Topaz hotel we found out last minute, but very nice. Cleaning was excellent, air conditioning, clean towel... Amazing experience

Good

The hotel is much better than the pictures, my room was very spacious and comfortable. However, toilet is old and need renovation, and the air condition can be noisy. The hotel is in perfect spot, it’s only less than five minutes walking from bus stop, and less than ten minutes to bars, restaurants and Bugibba beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful in terms of explaining how to get around the local area and the island.

Super stay!

We had a fab stay at the Oriana. We came from Valletta, and managed to find the hotel fairly easily. First impressions, the hotel looked lovely and clean! Reception staff and house maids were all very friendly and courteous. Swimming pool was ideal, and although not a massive amount of sun beds, it was perfectly adequate for the amount of guests, there was never a point when there wasn’t enough for everyone. The pool doesn’t have a shallow end. The only tiny tiny down side - there was a cigar butt on our balcony, obviously been missed on the sweep up, but otherwise I cannot fault this hotel!

Bad AC Operating and Small Water

I will not recommend you to choose this hotel, especially if you are planning to travel to Malta in Summer. The Air Conditioner doesn't cool down the room at all, in the beginning I thought it was the AC is broken, until the staff told me it is how they operate. And the water coming out from the faucet is small. Even with limited burget, i would suggest you to pay several more euros per night to get a better place to stay over night.

Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Room a good size but hot as cooling fan not hugely effective. Very clean. The surrounding area is built up and not pretty but hotel itself is nice and lovely pool area. Supermarket seconds from hotel which is very handy.

Caly pobyt problemy z klimatyzacją , przebywanie w pokoju to była męka. Pokoj przytulny ladnie urządzony lecz lazienka daje wiele do życzenia , cisnienie wody słabe. Basen zamknięty o godzinie 19.30. Wielkie rozczarowanie i kpiny.

Bathroom was very old and the shower hose broke. The restaurant was accessible via an underground tunnel which led to another hotel. The food was not at all appetising and the waiting staff were unfriendly. There were no other restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Shuttle from airport was only five euros per person which was good. On checkout, I think the housekeeper counted the towels before we were handed back our deposit of 50 euros which was very strange and embarrassing. Chose the hotel for the family room (which was a good size and well configured) and also for the price and so shouldn’t really complain I suppose, but you have asked for feedback.

I can recommend this property, having stayed here for three nights. Even though the hotel is slightly dated, The facilities are very good and the staff are excellent. The hotel is located in Saint Paul’s, which has plenty of amenities nearby.this area is about twenty minutes away from the centre Valletta and there is plenty of buses and taxis available at a reasonable price.All in all a pleasant place to have a vacation and I have no trouble recommending this hotel to others.

bonjour il y a un manque certains de pression d'eau pour se doucher car le bouton mitigeur douche ne se bloque pas par manque de pression d'eau. Le personnel est à l'écoute, disponible, agréable et souriant : très gros point fort. Oriana est rattaché à Topaz via le souterrain accessible de l ascenseur moins 1. 3 piscines dont une à l'intérieure avec eau chaude très appréciable. Buffet petit déjeuner à Topaz très complet et conviviale. A Oriana il manque une ou deux personnes multilingues car nous ne parlons que très peu anglais. Le prix est à la hauteur de la prestation. Beaucoup d'activités et excursions proposées (Topaz). Les chambres sont très spacieuses avec un grand balcon manque 2 transats sur le balcon. Pour notre voyage de noce nous avons été très satisfaits et nous recommandons ces 2 hotels.
