Comfortable and as advertised

Property was accurately advertised and was comfortable. Some attention to detail cleaning needs to be made. There were numerous bulbs either burned out or missing from fixtures throughout. We put in 6 of them. Ceiling fan blades are very dusty and require attention. We did not use the fans because of this. There was a cracked glass in the cabinet that we almost used. We threw it out. Mattress protector on bed is ripped. None of this interrupted our stay for a month, but if not for these I would have rated it 5 stars overall as it met our needs.

cute property on the inside, I didn't like the steep stairs, the deck in the back which needs repair as well as the fence and how I had to park in the street. The bed was okay, the tub needs repair too. Leaking in many spots. Other than that, was good

End of summer adventure

The property was as described. It was in an area that was within minimal driving distance to many places that were fun for my teenage son and I to go to. We easily found parking and easily were able to find and get into the property. The host quickly responded to any questions we had and was always helpful and kimd in his responses. This was our first time using Vrbo and we will be using it again.

I really like the space and will be staying there again. It was so conveniently located, I didn't have more than a 10 minute drive to anything I wanted to do. The area is very quiet and the people are very kind. The size of the space was perfect for my needs. It was a delightful space that was well lit and homey. Parking was never an issue and I always had a space right in front of the apartment. With that being said, there were just a few things. The paint was pulling off the wall in two areas of the living room. The tub faucet continually dripped and the shower did not have a cool setting. It was very hot. Lastly, there is no soundproofing between the upstairs space and this space. You could hear everything that happened upstairs. The family that stayed was very respectful and did not create excessive noise, there was just no soundproofing.

The place was nicely furnished with a fully functional kitchen including pots and pans, glasses and cups, paper towels, etc. It even offers a blender, microwave, full-size cookstove with oven, and an iron. The instructions didn't explain use of the door code and what the code was (although it was there in the message). I fixed the bathroom door handle, which kept falling off for the first couple of days, but otherwise the unit was in good repair. The air conditioning worked dependably. Strangely, the bed had a fitted bottom sheet, but no top sheet. The towels smelled like they needed to be bleached. We couldn't use them, but went out and bought our own. I picked up a lot of litter from the front yard and the street, making it more pleasant coming and going. The basement door does not close properly, so the deadbolt lock does not fully engage. Just shaking the door causes it to open. I just slammed it as hard as possible and it halfway latched. I didn't tell my wife, or we would have had to stay elsewhere. That must be resolved.
