Clements was very responsive, if fact right next door! Anything we asked for he got for us, making our stay quite enjoyable! It’s a lovely one bedroom spot that’s not too far from downtown. Quiet neighborhood but be mindful that it’s by the highway and you could hear traffic. It didn’t bother us but wanted to share..

Nice new rental with responsive owner

Had a good stay and would stay again. Very quiet. There were some missing necessities, but the owner was very responsive. New rental, so I think the details will be resolved and it will be a great property.

Easter weekend

The property pictures were accurate. One note: this property is located on the second floor and one needs to climb very steep steps to get to it. It was fine but notable for anyone who might have mobility issues.

I was very disappointed with my stay. The unit I received was not the same unit that was advertised and booked. When I called to address the issue, the host stated that he “should have canceled” my reservation rather than attempting to resolve the concern.Upon arrival, I noticed several maintenance and cleanliness issues, including scratches on the walls, brown marks and discoloration in various areas, a broken dishwasher, and a lack of basic amenities. There was no hair dryer available, and the toilet paper supply was extremely low with no replacements provided. I ended up purchasing my own cleaning supplies, trash bags, and toilet paper during my stay.Another concern was that the host lives on the property, and the experience felt uncomfortable at times. There appeared to be cameras throughout the premises, which made me feel as though I was constantly being monitored. I also received complaints about noise despite there being no excessive noise coming from my unit.Most concerning were text messages from the host that I perceived as threatening, including a message stating, “You think I’m playing with you, but you’ll soon find out.” This made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe during my stay.Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this property. I encourage future guests to ask detailed questions about the unit, amenities, and house rules before booking.

Just What We Needed

We believe our Vrbo host put a lot of effort into making this apartment comfortable. The neighborhood seemed run down in places, but this apartment was anything but that. It had a very modern vibe and lives up to its name as a 'luxury suite.' The neighborhood sure felt safe even though we had initial hesitations. We had no issues feeling unsafe. The apartment is very close to the expressway, too, so it was a great location for us since we were doing multiple visits and doing some siteseeing. I recommend this place!
