I actually didn't stay at the hotel. After checking in, I had stained sheets, dirty carpet and it looked like someone took a scraper to the bottom of the shower tub. The clerk was super sweet and gave us another room but it was humid, smelled bad and the sheets were stilled stained. The bath fixtures were also damaged in the room. We cancelled the booking and found another hotel further away. Also, a big problem is that this place is not a Holiday Inn anymore but there was never notification given by the hotel or Expedia.

I selected this hotel for the amenities, location, and pricing. There was no breakfast because the restaurant was closed, and the pool was filthy. The water smelled, there was visible dirt on the sides of the pool, and the water was cloudy. However, the room itself was wonderful, clean, and presentable. Just utterly disappointed that we did not get amenities we were expecting, with no disclaimer or anything.

Very seedy area where the hotel is. Abandoned parking lot adjacent with vagrants hanging out there all the time making it feel very unsafe. Free parking on the street but risky to leave a nice vehicle parked there.

Paid upon arrival verified that was for our entire stay. Upon checkong out and returning home was charged another $160 to call and be told they were wrong upon check in sorry. The hotel is hot. Room was cool and basic. No food as restaurant is closed. Pool is not clear. No paling had to pay $16 in addition to $311 for the stay. Not worth it.

door kept locking from inside permitting us from entering the room on multiple occasions and had to wait for someone to come open the door

First off. No parking, lobby was hot like no a/c was working, restaurant was shut down, got our room it was decent, bathroom light didn’t work. They fixed it immediately though. Only enough towels for 2 people to shower. We had 2 adults and 2 children. Went to the pool. It was hot once again like no a/c working. But the water in the pool was so cold you couldn’t get in it. And it was so chlorinated that you couldn’t see past the surface. Went back to the room and got showers. A/c in room didn’t work very well but was good enough. No breakfast options in the morning. But could by snacks and drinks in the lobby. Very over priced for some bulk buying from Sam’s. Paid way too much for the quality of the hotel. Won’t go back next time.

The hotel is kind of a dump, and it does not appear that there's any initiative to maintain a nice appearance. There's no parking lot on site, so you park in a public lot that is far from secure. The area within a block from the hotel is very questionable and seems to be on a part of the city that is neglected. I do not recommend this hotel.

There wasn't any food available on site. Beds are comfortable, linens are clean. The housekeeping staff doesn't offer service you must request it, but their service hours weren't compatible with our schedule. The hotel is dated and in need of repairs and possibly renovation. The shower handle was not attached to the shower wall and was difficult to turn on and sometimes wouldn't turn off. ALL ice machines on the 2nd and 3rd floors were inoperative or missing. I had to go to the front desk to get ice. Parking is not clearly designated and there are only (2) disabled spaces available for the entire hotel. The only positives at this hotel, is the staff. Most were very friendly, welcoming and helpful.

This must be the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The glass in the entry doors to reception were filthy and the public areas were covered in a heavy build up of dust which looked liked it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. In the 3 days I was there I didn’t see anyone cleaning any of the public areas

We got charge as we were suppose to get a continental breakfast included in our price and that was not the case. We didn’t know until we got to the property and checked in that was not available anymore. Soon as we walked into the lobby we started sweating, the air conditioning in our room was not any better we slept without blankets because it was so miserable. Our room smelled like horrible mildew. There were no ice machines and or not working. Any problem brought to the desk was treated like it was not a big problem. I had a future reservation and I went ahead and canceled it because the way this stay turned out.

Parking is listed, but it’s not disclosed that parking at the hotel is not available. Public parking is a block away and was $157 for two days. Several people got stuck in the elevators and it tried going up without closing the doors with our family in it. A/C was a window unit, and could not keep up and it smelled. The beds were clean and we had a safe place to sleep, that’s the only good I can share. We won’t stay again.

The property had limited staff available. When we needed extra towels, I had to run down to the front desk as when I made a call it was not answered. The air conditioning was not working which made it an uncomfortable stay during a hot weekend. The cost of our stay was high given these concerns. In addition, the pool was cloudy and the area seemed to be unkept as the following morning, we noticed that it was never cleaned up from the night before. Wish we could have given a better review as the pictures upon making the reservation seemed promising however, we felt deceived.
