This spacious 1800 square foot, 2 bed/1 bath loft in the heart of downtown St. Louis' Historic Washington Avenue District is the perfect place to enjoy everything the city has to offer!

This loft has been converted from a 1 bedroom into a 2 bedroom and comfortably sleeps 6! The 2nd bedroom is in the living area and is closed off by 6-foot room dividers. This is a true loft!

Great views of Washington Ave city lights!

Spacious and clean, this loft has everything you need. Master suite includes a queen bed, walk-in closet with a full-length mirror. The second bedroom features a luxurious queen-size bed. Dining room table accommodates six guests comfortably. Open concept kitchen and living room make a great gathering place. The living room features a queen-size sofa sleeper, 4k Roku HDTV and seating for 6.
Includes washer and dryer, fully stocked bathrooms and kitchen, coffee maker, clothes steamer, and WiFi.

We take pride in delivering a clean and comfortable stay for all our guests. If you need anything during your stay, please feel free to reach out to us, and we will do our best to respond as soon as possible.

This place was great and I would stay here any time I'm in the area. The host was beyond helpful and friendly. I would choose this over any hotel. Great location for families with children.

City Light Views
I chose this property as a fun & funky spot for my daughter & I to stay a few days & it was an excellent location, so easy to get to everything by walking. The building & the suite have got a real city-gritty vibe so be prepared for the emersed experience. The city views from the suite were fantastic & the restaurants were all excellent & within walking distance. The check-in process was a bit challenging at first but the property manager was excellent with answering calls & texts. Plenty of parking. I will definitely stay here again.

Cool Place!
We loved our stay here. The flat is super unique and was perfect for our family of 3 plus our pup. The location is awesome! You literally walk out the back door and are at the City Museum entrance. There is a park within a couple blocks for walking the dog and tons to do close by. Will definitely book again when we come to St. Louis!!

St. Louis - 2 day trip
Property owner was very communicative and cooperative throughout the process and the location to everything downtown was ideal! With that said, the area it is in seemed a little bit on the rough side and we were not able to use the included parking due to risk of car theft. The common areas in the loft were dirty and there was a constant smell of marijuana throughout the 2 days of our trip, which was a big issue as we were traveling with 3 kids. The loft itself was sizeable, but dirty with seemingly minimal upkeep (broken furniture, missing light bulbs, broken blinds). Overall a decent value, but know that you get what you pay for!

Great location for City Museum
We stayed in the flat for a family vacation at city museum. The flat was right next to the city museum. Which was awesome. Sadly, St Louis itself is pretty run down. The communication with the owner was great! We had his personal phone number and was easy to get ahold of. The flat would have been great if it wasn’t for two families with children. The benefit is that the flat was so open, the kids could play. Which was my fault, I assumed it was 2 rooms not just a flat. It was not the cleanest loft and the bathroom sink leaked. The owner did respond and came the next morning to fix it. Overall, the location was great with private parking. Our families had a great time.

Safety Concerns
The neighborhood was not safe to be by yourself and not family friendly. It wasn’t comfortable and lack seating space. The air conditioner also broke in the whole building so it was 90 degrees plus. The owner was very nice and upfront about parking and safety concerns. The check in process was a bit complicated, but easily understood. I wouldn’t suggest taking your family here and to be careful.

Convenient location
This was a very funky place and a fun change of pace for our family! We visited the City Museum (which is literally right out the back door) and CityPark stadium, which was an easy .7 mile walk. Be sure to ask the owner about parking alternatives, as there have been some break-ins in the designated lot behind the building. This property is definitely in the heart of the city, so if you're not up for that kind of environment, this isn't the place for you.
