To begin with the casino was the highlight. Very clean, well lit, non smoking, Deccent game selection for the size. The staff in the casino and hotel were great, but the hotel was rough. To be charging premium prices for a two star at best is laughable. The rooms haven’t been remodeled or upkept in years. The water pressure is somehow too much, feels like a fire hose. Torn up carpet and doors don’t fully latch. Overall would stay again if it was cheaper because there is plenty of positives. The casino was nice, location to the tram was convenient and the shuttle service was great. Aslong as you set your bar low it is fine, just hunt for deals.

been a few years since i stayed here. The rooms are much nicer and cleaner than the past. The food was 100x better - we ate the pizza and it was the best pizza i have ever had at any casino. Great job !

Stayed for 2 nights Apr 20-22, 2024. Hotel room had nice view of river and Arc. Train was conveniently located. Shuttle service for the game was nice to have. Floors were dirty. Only 1 elevator was working, at peak times would take up to 10 mins.Was charged a deposit of $142USD. Been almost 2 weeks and still have not received my deposit back. Tried calling their number but doesnt seem to connect. $142USD seems pretty steep for a deposit and would like it back!

Upon check-in, the clerk was very nice and friendly when we got to the room the floor was very dirty. It turned our white socks, black, Brown. our car alarm went off and put our car on lockdown because someone tried to break in. The bedding was very dirty. There was hair. The walls also had dripping marks on it, and the TV did not work.

The room smelled of Marijuana. They used a heavy dose of cleaning liquid to try and cover it. The smell was all over the hotel, not just our room. Hair on the floor in the bathroom, frgot to sweep. Broken lamp. Beds were clean. For one night it was ok, ive stayed st worse.

Carpet was filthy in our room. Walking in socks, I tracked dirt into the bed (lots), so had to clean my feet to get in bed after that. Staff directed us to casino twice for breakfast because they didn't know the coffee shop is not open Monday and Tuesday. Metro is LITERALLY next to hotel; you can carry a bike (or just yourself) up the metro elevator and then take a short ramp to use the pedestrian walkway over the bridge. But lady at desk said she had no idea how to do that, even just to walk. Very uninformed staff. Had to ask twice for a receipt (they charged a deposit at desk). Was told "you registered via expedia. You don't need one, because the deposit/hold won't be on your card later." I said, "you put a deposit hold on my card that you may not remove in error later, so I need the receipt." I got a receipt with a huffy sigh.

The bed was fantastic as far as sleeping and the room was fairly quiet. The shower was terrible the water barely came out of shower head. Only one elevator was working. and the cart to take our luggage up to the room had a flat tire to low tire. when i told the front desk they put it back with the other carts and when I came back down the next day the tire was still flat, but in with the other cart. I almost took it again. Their was no place to get food after 10 pm except for one chicken restaurant that only served chicken or a salad on the facility.

We like this property because it is close to the MetroLink. Easy to get to activities downtown. The hotel chatges a $100 deposit that is like pulling teeth to get back. Our room was a king on the 2nd floor. The room was clean but the mattress was way too firm. The air conditioner was extremely loud and woke us up multiple times overnight.

There were some rambunctious families on our floor which caused some inconvenience for us. The hotel staff were able to manage it eventually by speaking to them but that was after an hour of all that noise late night. The area didn't seem very safe to be outside even within the complex of this place. They said they microwaves available and led us to believe that it was available in the rooms. They actually had only one 80s microwave oven in the common room and none in the rooms which was very annoying since we made our food plans based on having the microwave in the room. The dining room seemed like an abandoned place from the walking dead.

Nothing is walkable, but less than 2 miles from downtown St. Louis. Room clean and nice. Pool was closed.

We are located really close to the Mississippi River which makes us a little farther from many businesses, but we are still within a five-minute drive from most major attractions and necessities. The only reason to stay at this hotel - unless you are gambling - is the amazing view of the river and Arch. Then the price of the room is worth every Penny. There is no restaurant in the hotel. Dining is limited in the Casino and expensive for what is offered.
