"Very conveniently located and charming location. This is the oldest hotel in Québec City and it’s so well maintained. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Parking is right across from the building. I recommend self-parking as the place is best explored on foot. However, valet parking is affordable and totally worth it. "

"Hotel is Okay, location is good but the hotel is aging and the pool area and water are not maintained, The water is dirty and cloudy 1 hour after opening of the.pool at 9am, twice i pulled someone elses hair off my head and body. There was a bandaid on the pool ground for the entire 4 day stay at this hotel. Which meant only one thing the pool area wasnt mopped once in the 4 days my family and i satyed here. Okay hotel but i wouldnt saty here again. "

"PROS: clean room, lots of space in the family suite, 2 bathrooms, 2 mini fridges, a microwave, very friendly and helpful staff. Coffee and tea available in main lobby with little sweets in jars (Wethers, mini chocolates...etc) Very well located and well priced. CONS: When we arrived, parking was not available, but the closest parking was at least a block away, the parking we actualky found was 2 blocks. And if you drive a large vehicle, good luck getting into/out of the on site parking. Very narrow passage way. We drove a Rav4 and it was TIGHT. The family suite was advertised as 2 bedrooms, but the second "bedroom" did not have a door. It was down a hall away from the living room area, but open to it We were happy to have 2 bathrooms, but expected a tub in a family suite, but there were w showers . "

"The room was large and clean, but white old and worn out looking. It needs an update, it could use new chairs as the chair legs are all loose and ready to break and the bedding needs to be redone. The blowdryer is all cracked and and no shelving or enough hooks to hang stuff in the bathroom. "
