The two ladies who worked the front desk at check in were very hospitable. The pool is definitely my kids favorite thing about the hotel aside from the breakfast. We enjoyed the room (although, we just used it to sleep in mainly). I would recommend this hotel to anyone with kids travelling. My family and I have stayed here a few times now. We plan on coming back again as we travel alot to Quebec.

The staff were very friendly. I was worried that my French is awful and that it would be difficult to communicate. They spoke English fluently. They were very kind! The room was very clean as well. We only stayed one night so we didn’t get to enjoy the other amenities, but many of us he guest seemed to be enjoying the pool.

Everything was pleasant but the hot tub water seems to be dirty and wish the cleaner vacuum the corridor. We stayed there for 3 nights and it was not vacuum once ? See the same débris .
