"This hotel desperately needs an upgrade, the rooms are so old it almost smells like mold, the sheets were very rough they felt like sandpaper, housekeeping definitely doesn’t change the sheets, when we took a shower the tub wasn’t draining and the carpet was soaked in some spots I’m pretty sure it had to do with the tub, the only reason we stayed was for MegaCon and how close it was, would we come back? No way. "

"WATERPARK NOT INCLUDED!!! Our room was recently refreshed and clean. The sofa bed was incredibly squeaky and uncomfortable so it really should just be listed as a 2 people room. The initial time share presentation was easily avoided. However we felt very misled about the waterslides. We didn't see anywhere on Expedia's site that they were not included, and the photos are featured prominently. Our kids were really excited to head there and it was a huge disappointment that it was not included. I tried to work with Expedia so we could book something else, however the "hotel did not respond" so we didn't hear back until our vacation was done. Overall the room was better than expected, the multiple pools were nice, but don't go for the waterslides and lazy river, you pay extra for that and it's really not worth it if you don't have a full day to enjoy it! "

"False advertisement the waterslides were renovated, so we had no access to the water slides. However, the pool area was available. My room the lights weren't working. They were very low in dim. The bathroom was a mess. It was stains all over the toilet seat. It was a little Black footsteps on the bathroom floor."

"Staff was polite and super attentive. Pool areas were a lot of fun and kept the kids busy. Only suggestion Is curtains in the rooms. They hav blinds, but exterior lights and light from cars shine through. Great value resort. Also used the shuttle service. "

"Rooms are clean but there is no table ,chair,sofa etc. and this makes life harder sometimes especially if you want to work on your laptop . Shower has a a half glass cover so all restroom floor is becoming wet when you take a shower.. Housekeeping is being made every 3 days .. 15$/day auto parking fee is weird .."
