An attractive cottage in the heart of Downalong just yards from Porthmeor beach and the Tate gallery. Tastefully furnished to a high standard and with the unique feature of a rooftop sun room and terrace with stunning panoramic views.
Entrance up 6 steps to front door. Living room with unusual decorative fireplace, TV, DVD player and CD player with iPod dock and radio. Through to Dining room. Compact, well fitted, kitchen with gas cooker, fridge with ice box, microwave, washer/drier and dishwasher. First Floor: Bedroom with 4ft 6in bed and 3ft bunk beds, en-suite shower room with shower, wc and wash basin. Bedroom with 2 x 3ft beds, shower room with shower cubicle, heated towel rail, wc and wash basin. Second Floor: Sun room leading to roof terrace with spectacular views of Porthmeor beach, the harbour and beyond.
10 Porthmeor Square House can be let in conjunction with 10 Porthmeor Square Apartment to provide accommodation for 10 people.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Travel cot, highchair and stairgate provided, please bring own cot linen.
Shop: 0.1 ml. Pub: 0.1 ml. Pets: 1 dog allowed, £25 per week.
